In the resort Sala Comacina, 26 km from the centre of Como, 38 km from the centre of Lugano, on a slope, in the residential district, 100 m from the lake, 150 m from the beach, road to cross. Private: small garden 20 m2 (fenced) with lawn, public parking on the road. Shop 100 m, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 100 m, bar, bakery 100 m, bus stop "C10 Como-Menaggio-Colico" 100 m, railway station "Como" 26 km, ferry "Cadenabbia" 7 km, sandy beach 150 m, grass beach "Lido di Ossuccio" 1.3 km, outdoor swimming pool 11 km. Marina 2.5 km, golf course (18 hole) 14 km, minigolf 11 km, children's playground 100 m. Nearby attractions: Villa Balbianello-Lenno, Villa Carlotta-Tremezzo, Menaggio, Bellagio, Varenna, Como. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Lugano. Hiking paths: Greenway del Lago 10 m, Monte Grona, Rifugio di Menaggio. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
