Has potential, maybe in Summer

The view was really nice and the apartment came with a garage which was convenient.

Really surprised to see such good reviews on this apartment... Probably it's better maintained in the Summer. Apart from the view which was amazing, this place was clearly not prepared for any visit. The place was dirty, the bedroom had ripped bedsheets which were evident haven't been washed prior, it was really disgusting to sleep in that bed. The apartment was freezing but the heaters are so unstable and ineffective, and on the occasion the one in the bedroom does work and you're not freezing, it makes a continuous banging sound throughout the entire night which won't let you sleep. Initially we informed the apartment that we will land in the late evening, and then got a message after the booking saying that if we check in late, we will be charged an extra fee for that! When I said I will cancel the booking, suddenly the keys are available in a box, so it made no difference what time you arrive. And not sure why that even mattered, it was definitely not because of any cleaning services - In one cupboard I found a bowl filled with something so old it had mould growing in it...

Lake Como is beautiful, the flat was okay but we wouldnt go back there

the view of the lake was fantastic, Gisele was very friendly .Good location to travel around the lake and with ferry fron Sala Comacina

. The garage is not suitable for the lower flat unless you drive a Fiat 500 or similar....We parked outside on the streets nearby .The flat was not really clean , the drain from the shower smelt horrible. In my opinion the flat is only suitalble for 4 guests - 2 double beds . The pullout bed was dirty as was the "sleeping couch" ...

Amazing view from the apartment

Great appartment with a spacious living /dining room, with direct views to the lake from living room and from both bedrooms the lake with garden. Bus stop,small shop/ bakery, ferry within 15-20min walking distance.

Parking only for one car, very hard to manoeuvre. No hangers in the wardrobes, would have been nice to have more than one toilet paper roll for 6 people for a weeks stay and some dishwasher tables.

Nice location, terrible host

Location

The Host was terribly unpolite and constantly did nothing to support us. From the very moment of arriving, then having no hangers for clothes, then constantly shutting down electricity and hot water. Somebody blocked the entrance to the garage before us leaving the property, but again our message was not answered. He completely ignored all our requests. Terrible attitude! It must definitely be avoided, because it’s affecting the mood for holiday…

The view is great, waking up you open your eyes to the lake view. The apartment is large and nice. In the kitchen are all needed utilities. I would come back to this location. I recommended the apartment to my family and friends.

It was a comfortable place, love that the Greenway is nearby.

The views are gorgeous. The apartment is cute, clean and bright. Bring your own soaps for dish washing & washing machine. The Greenway path is behind the house, make a right from the gate and look for a stone stairway leading up to the Greenway.

Extremely challenging getting through the main gate with the car even with a small SUV. Hate it every time!!!

Lovely, clean and spacious but some irritations

Lovely apartment, very spacious, very modern and very clean on arrival. But beware if you have a car - a very narrow gate and driveway and small turning circle at the top - it's quite difficult ! Just a few other minor things lets it down which is a pity !!!

couldn't plug in washing machine - no (required) adapter on the plug. Wifi router has a faulty cable, does not work (we used our own cable, lucky we had a spare). Not enough cutlery and crockery to use dishwasher efficiently. No spare pillows (just one thin one on bed) nor blankets. Ridiculous and unsuitable cover taped onto the main kitchen worktop area. Heating is on and set to 21C permanently 24x7; if you turn it down, it resets to 21C itself after a while - totally unecessary and a huge waste of energy - the timer just needs settiung up by the owner for goodness sake ! No instructions/schedule for rubbish/recylcling collections. Laads of hanging space in wardrobes but NO coathangers (ffs ?) !!!! Such simple things to fix, in which case I would give it 10/10 !!

Great stay in an extraordinary spot of nature

Location just amazing, views breath-taking, size of the apartment exceeded our expectations

Toiletries (shower gel, soap), a few capsules for the washing machine and coffee machine would have been great, as these things do not cost a lot but add up substantially to the value for money (especially for shorter stays)

Great for a view (ONLY)

View from the apartment is fantastic.

a) Was extremely difficult to park my car given the slope and size of the driveway so be careful if you've a large car. (one of the hardest times ever) - there was no prior warning provided. I actually feared for my life. May work if one is used to parking in tricky spots but a warning would've been helpful. b) No toilet paper provided although advised on the booking.com. I sent a message to the owner and didn't receive a message until we checked out! - although message was seen. c) No hot water - none of us could took shower and like the above, the owner chose to ignore my message.

Spacious Apartment with an Amazing view

The apartment is super spacious, the view is just amazing and the host was super friendly and helpful. The location of the apartment is just perfect - there is everything you need nearby, Café, Restaurants, Supermarkets, Lake access.

There was no Aircon and no fan or anything to cope with the heat. The apartment could have been a bit better cleaned.

Fantastic central location (if driving) with amazing views. Brilliant accommodation - fully stocked on amenities, large rooms. Easy check-in.

My only negative feedback, and appreciate is something that can't be improved, but feel is important to mention for others. Is that to enter the garage to park, you have to navigate through very tight turns to enter the property and garage, as well as 3 point turns in a very small radius. I am a confident driver, but those that aren't would struggle.

Nice apartment but difficult personal

The apartment was very clean and all the rooms are very spacious and modern. The lake view and the Garden is very nice. The Wifi works well.

The mocha maker doesn't work with the induction cooker. We contacted the personal several times, but they didn't respond at all. They should have known this problem, as other guests complained about the Coffee maker before, but they simply don't care. During our 1 week stay at the apartment we couldn't make our own coffee and had to go to a restaurant/ bar all the time which was annoying. All in all it was difficult to reach the personal, as several different contacts were provided but all of them didn't respond.

Гарне розташування та вид з вікна супер. гарні тераси. Кухня - є все. Ліжка, постіль все супер. але..

Не працював котел, іноді, коли ми його перезавантажували, то зявлялась гаряча вода, та іноді опалення, сиділи ввечері в куртках та закутані в пледи. Аміністратор була на звязку, але не приймали ніяких дій. Ванна - немає витяжки, а лише відкрите вікно, коли ввечрі попадали в квартиру було дуже холодно... В загальній кімнаті поламаний стіл та диван які давно вже потрібно або відремонтувати або викинути. Самі апартаменті ніби були прибрані, але в шкафах дуже брудно. сміття та пил. Заїзд у гараж ще той вид екстріму, коли ми взяли в прокат позашляховик. дуже незручний заїзд, але то Італія) Туалетного паперу був 1 рулон. ніде більше не знайшли, купували. wi fi майже не працював.

شقه بلكونتها صغيره وزينه تطل على البحيره ، الشقه واسعه وشرحه لكن قديمه والاثاث قديم المطبخ زين ومفتوح على الصاله ،الشقه

الشقه واسعه لكنها قديمه تقع في الدور الاول لكن الدرج سهل وافضل شي في الشقه البلكونه مطله على البحيره والمطبخ مفتوح على الصاله جيزيلي متعاونه لكن اتضح انها ليست المالكه بل فقط تسلم مفاتيح الشقه للضيوف ( هي قالت لي ذلك عندما عانيت من مواقف السيارات حسب ما ساوضحه في الاشياء التي لم تعجبني)

شقه قديمه واثاثها قديم وعادي جدا والاسره ليست كبيره وليست مريحه.. بوابه الدخول من الشارع الرئيسي ضيقه وسيئه وايضا لا يوجد الا موقفين احدهما تحت المبنى وضيق جدا والثاني خارجه ولم يسمح لي بالوقوف فيه ( تقول جيزيلي انه لشقه اخرى يظهر ان كل شقه لمالك مختلف !!ولحسن الحظ 3 ايام وقفت تحت المبنى لان صاحب الشقه غير موجود)واخريومين جاء مالك الشقه العلويه واصبح يقف تحت المبنى وعانيت لانه لا يتسع لي لدرجه ان جيزيلي قالت لي اوقف سيارتي بالشارع او اقف في كراج بفلوس ويبعد 300 م في الشارع الرئسي ولحسن الحظ وجدت موقف بالشارع مجانا ووقفت فيه وقفت بالشارع لكنه معاناه لانني لابد انزل واخذ السياره ثم ادخل لاخذ عائلتي والموقع مرتفع كثيرا عن الشارع) باختصار موقف السياره معاناة جدا جدا. مع انه مذكور في بوكينق ان هناك موقف مجانا وهذا غير دقيق، ( بعد الحجز والتواصل مع جيزيلي كانت تقول لي لازم سياره صغيره لكنني بلغتها انني حاجز سياره متوسطه ، وكلمت بوكينق وكلموها قالت الموقف متوفر لكن حصلت المعاناة)

Het uitzicht is prachtig. Het appartement is ruim en is van alles voorzien.

Het parkeren bij de accomodatie was erg krap maar wel te doen en je moest geluk hebben als aan de kant van de weg nog plek was.

Tamaño, limpieza, vistas espectaculares.

La ubicación. Necesitas vehículo obligatoriamente, ya que el bus pasa 1 vez a la hora y esta lejos de la casa si vas cargado. Hay muy pocos restaurantes y tiendas en la zona. Por lo que si no dispones de vehículo, mejor alojarte en Lenno.

La ubicación es INCREIBLE. Frente al lago, una vista y una tranquilidad inigualable. Soñado. Muy atenta la dueña!!

Fallo internet y lo necesitábamos para pagar cuentas y realizar otros tramites y check in en los próximos destinos. Lejos del ferry y de zona comercial para ir sin auto, aunque si te gusta caminar, se disfruta igual.
