Quick base for a stay on lake como close to the Swiss side.

Nice terrace and view, spacious, has all the basics. Quick drive to ferries or grocery, can walk down to lake and jump in to cool off.

Must have access to data/italian SIM card to communicate with host. Instructions for check in come last minute via messages (which we didn’t see while we were traveling), tax to be paid by pay pal(had to reactivate after years of non use), scanning/sending documents digitally. Not for digitally challenged. The apartment also smells a little like smoke, so keep that in mind if you have allergies. Drive uphill not for the faint of heart.

Beautiful house with beautiful lake view.

Great location with beautiful view on the lake. Spacious accommodation. Friendly staff, good communication. The house was clean and is generally in good shape. The kitchen is spacious and sufficiently equipped. Nice garden as well, allowing for sitting outside while enjoying the view.

You have to pay extra for the air conditioning, 35€ per day which is quite a lot. You could open the windows at night to let cool air in, but then you also invite plenty of mosquitoes. So please install insect screens at the windows, or make AC standard. Also the mattresses in some of the beds are not very comfortable.

Very good

Excepțional view of the lake! The public beach is 10 minutes by walk. It is plenty of space for a big family to stay and house is well equipped. Very quite place.

It is very steep way to the property! There is no moschito nets on the windows. Very slow water in the lavour. Only one power adaptor in case you need to plugin some other appliences. It is a bit expensive for the accomodation provided.

The location was fantastic, especially during the feast of St John, we were able to watch the fireworks from the front of the property. It was nice to have breakfast on the table outside. We appreciated the early check in. There is a spot to park and it is a really nice to walk around the area.

It could do with some flyscreens, which would have made it easier to leave the beautiful windows open. The shower was a little temperamental too, but these things were not a big deal overall.

Great location, with great views on lake Como, very convenient and specious apartment.

Clear instruction to pick up key, very friendly owner and all as expected. She gave directly some information and suggestions for dinner and opportunities to explore Lake Como by Ferry, could park for free on the the camping close to the ferry.

The house in which the apartment is located is not very easy to find. Number 6 building is behind another house and no sign on the main road that indicated you have to go in to get to the correct address. Also quite narrow last part of the road, distance warning light in the car we doing overtime! Being in the middle of a community area you also have the sounds especially of the animals (rooster at 5:30am), good for early birds!

Great View and Location.

pPace was very clean, in a great location, beautiful view, and there was parking on site. We were even allowed to park at camp site which was close to docks/ports which made it easy to catch a ride to other locations around Lake Como.

The only con was that there was not enough toilet paper stored on the property. There was only 1 roll for 6 people for 3 nights. We ended up buying more for ourselves as the owner was unavailable to bring some more down.

Wonderful apartment with beautiful views on the lake and a garden with grill. The staff are very attentive, Paola is a great host. I will keep this location in mind for next time I'm in the area.

Apartment with a nice view, but considering the facilities quite expensive

Given the price range (almost € 1,500 for one week in August 2021), I would have expected a little more comfort in the home. At this price range, I actually expect that there is standard air conditioning, and a dishwasher in the kitchen. The apartment is furnished very basic, but that seems to be something Italian, because I have rarely come across a holiday home in Italy that makes you think 'yes!'. A lick of paint works wonders. For unclear reasons, the glass panels from all room doors were replaced by a piece of chipboard and, as mentioned, the doors could urgently use some paint. The holiday home is within walking distance of Lake Como, you have to go up a very steep and narrow slope, which runs between two concrete walls, so there is no room to move. With a slightly larger car, that remains an extremely exciting moment every time. The apartment also lacks a number of basic things: e.g. a trash can in the bathroom, mirrors in the bedrooms (only one room has a mirror) and wardrobes to store your clothes. You now have to hang it in a rack, where there is barely room to store anything. A broken toilet seat that shoots away every time you sit on it is also easy to repair, at least I think. The view from the balcony at the first floor apartment was beautiful, full view of Lake Como, it remains a beautiful sight.

Quiet house and neighborhood (that's important if you want to rest properly) Comfortable bed (materace was very comfy) Spaceousness (half of house is more than enough for 4 people, all have privacy) Good WiFi (fast and no drop connection) Private parking (for 3 cars), easy to reverse

Tv could have hdmi, I wanted to use Chromecast but I couldn't plug it. Little problems with hot water (exceptional quick response from landlady to help with this) No A/C (but not neccessary for us, was 22oC in autumn) Very narrow road to parking place but if you cope with this once, you feel like much better driver in the future :) neighbors use big cars like range rovers, bmw X5 so it's possible to drive here:)

Location, very clean, everything that you need is there.

Everything was good from conversation with the owners and checkin. Unfortunately we were waiting since before 10am ( checkout time) for owners to show up, a lady came over , made a quick walk , didnt introduce herself and left while dialing on her mobile. We had to call the owners to understand what we should do with the key! So the last miscommunication was not pleasant!

View to the lake is great, garden is nice. The apartment is very big, high ceilings. Its a nice place to be in.

You have to cook your own meals. Kitchen is just ok, pots and pans, etc are just ok as well. You have to pay 20 euros for heating the apartment per day, which is not included in the price. Also, regional taxes are not included in the price. Those add up, as they are per day and per person. The drive way towards the property is very narrow. Really narrow. You wont believe how narrow until you get there.

Świetny widok na jezioro, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia

Klimatyzacja dodatkowo płatna 50 EUR na dzień o czym nigdzie nie było wcześniej wspomniane. Jak na gotowanie dla 7 osób to małe patelnie. Bardzo wąski i stromy podjazd - tylko dla wprawnych kierowców i niedużych samochodów. Brak worków na śmieci. Ograniczony dostęp do grilla i leżaków dla górnego apartamentu.

Усе буде ідеально: розташування, краєвид бездоганний, доглянута територія, власний паркінг, дуже красива тераса та балкон, гарно оснащена кухня (але ми не користувалися), простори кімнати, гарна ванна кімната, пішки можна дістатися до пляжу та до причалу. Господарі дуже гостинні, доброзичливі і готові допомогти та надати інформацію! Хочется повернутися туди ще раз!!! Це був ідеальний відпочинок! Найкрасивіший краєвид на Комо, дуже тихо, співають птахи!

Трішки вдень було спекотно, з кондиціонерами було б краще, але вони не працювали.

1) piękny widok z tarasu i balkonu 2) duża liczba przyborów kuchennych 3) położenie nie bezpośrednio przy ulicy -cisza i spokój

1) tylko jednak łazienka - na 3 sypialnie to zdecydowanie za mało 2) zbyt mały i ciasny prysznic - choć miejsca w łazience jest dużo 3) brak szaf u regałów do przechowywania rzeczy 4) w trzeciej sypialny powinno być łóżko podwójne , te piętrowe jest trochę bez sensu 5) nie było dostatecznie czysto
