Not suitable for families

The house is very nice and well located

During our stay, the appartment above was rented for a group of people, that were there to party. Their first night they stay until 5am with loud music, drinking and singing. With a 10 month old baby, this was incompatible. Around 2 a.m., I had to go and complain, but they continued 3 more hours. From the house below you could hear everything, especially in the rooms and every time a chair moved which, with a party upstairs, it was very often. The place is not suitable for a family if the owners don't care what is happening in their place. We decided to check-out 1 day, and we only got an apology via text.

Location is nice if you have a car. A nice view of the lake from property.

The fact that property did not have an AC, surprised me, this was the only drawback as it was very hot to sleep.

Looks good but UNBEARABLE

There are 2 apartments. We were on the ground floor. The view is wonderful Everything is okay untill you hear the first noises from above. And you will hear it.

We booked 9 nights, needed to leave 4 days earlier. The noises from the apartment above were unbearable and NOT because of other guests. They behaved normally, but still noises ruined our vacation. We couln’t stay in our apartment nor during the day nor the night. - noises of moved chairs , use of the toilet, conversations, laughs could be constantly heared - in our apartment the fridge was so loud that the person sleeping in the living room could hear it all night long. After not being able to sleep for 6 days, we left, as the owners didn’t care about anything we said. The building is not sound proof, so it is highly not convenient for having two apartments in it. The ground floor is unbearable, if the apartment above is booked by a different group.

Great space for family or a large group.

The balcony was amazing as was the view. Two dining spaces were highly usable.

Needs a fan for each sleeping space. A few basics like extra toilet paper and soap in the bathroom and kitchen would be nice.

Very nice house but uphill location and a bit uncared for

We had the apartment on the first floor for the family of 8, and the view and seating area on the terrace are absolutely incredible. The house is big with lots of space for the children. It was affordable in comparison with other houses in Lenno. lenno itself is a very beautiful and well-connected village.

Location: I red that it’s a short walk from the ferry, but we walked with luggage in the heat and all the way uphill. It was a great struggle, it was like 30 mins walk. We couldn’t fine a taxi either, none of the taxi numbers picked up. We arrived absolutely exhausted and hot, and had to sit by the house for another 15 mins waiting for the host. A key locker would do much better. The main problem was the bed. It was old, very noisy and soggy, the middle lower than the sides. All four adults in our family had a back pain in the morning. Overall it’s a very nice house but uncared for, it needs new beds and some looking after the kitchen crockery, more litter bin in bathrooms, etc.

Excellent option for a big family or 2 couples

We were staying in this property for the second time. Location and the view is great. 5-10 mins walk to supermarket, several restaurants and Lenno center. The apartment is big and has a huge garden with the lake view, which is excellent for BBQ in the evening

Apartment was not properly cleaned e.g. multiple stains on sofa. Also property does not have wine glasses (in my opinion it is 200% necessity in Italy). It took us 2 days to finally get these glasses from property manager. Anyway we were not able to have a proper Easter dinner with our favourite wine for at least half of our stay

Lovely stay

Very spacious bedrooms, big kitchen and big balcony

Check in and the staff who managed the city tax collection were rather rude and caused a lot of confusion. Kitchen didn't have dishwasher liquid or extra bin liners.

Nice apartment with a gorgeous view! The apartment is equipped with everything you'd need. Theres plenty of space and the balcony is perfect for enjoying the view and nice summer weather. Easy to check in and communicate with the host.

good view with a lot of drawbacks

the view from terrace was amazing . I will give 100% for such beautiful view.

facilities are not enough to stay here with family . unfortunately there was no heating system in October. I booked villa with my family included kids .the temperature was done but due to no heating system all were sick and I my trip was totally full of stress. Wi-Fi system was very poor . there were no signals at all . bed sheets were very dirty having bad spot on it Infact lack of cleaning system. kitchen utensils are very poor and cups for tea and dishes were not enough for family . top sheets are very small in size and we’re not enough for large family.

Very good

Very nice place near the nicest locations on Lake Como but still quiet. Beach is 20 minutes by foot (you'll have a bit of climbing on the return). The villa is big and you'll find all the facilities you need.

Furnitures are dated and we had quite a lot of flies in the kitchen.

About the good things: location is good, parking ok, spacious rooms but the property needs good cleaning and replacement of furniture and the kitchen appliances must be replaced. Communication in English very problematic,

We rented both apartments with our friends. On arrival all the furniture and kitchen, dishes were quite dirty and we had to do the cleaning ourselves. No blankets covers were provided. Blankets themselves quite dirty. In the beginning no microwaves and electric kettles were available. Only after 2 days they were provided but old and dirty. The furniture in the living room and kitchen is old, broken and not comfortable. The plastic furniture in the garden is old and one of the chair has broken under one of the guests which weights only 65 kg. No light in the freezer. The frying pans are in very bad shape. Only 2 tea spoons.

Great spacious house with stunning views of the lake. Great comfy beds, good linen, a lot of dishes, everything needed, tea, coffee. All the rooms are really spacious, great furniture. Quiet place but not so far from the supermarket and main attractions. Our stay was just great, except the moment with getting the keys.

The was a problem to get the keys. The condition was to inform a host about arrival time 30 min in advance. I wrote him a message more than 1 h before, no reply. I called him, he almost didn't speak English, wasn't polite and told that he is able to come only at 16.00. As a result we had to call to Booking support to get the keys in time. I don't understand is it so difficult to put a small safety box with code? If you have a check-in from 2p.m. it means the the host has to be available.

Huge house and garden with amazing view, well equipped and clean.

The house is very big and comfortable, we loved the garden and the huge terrace with an amazing view, the apartments were also nice and clean. Both apartments have 2 bathrooms with toilet, big living room/ kitchen & dining room, they are all well equipped. Lake Como, groceries, restaurants are in 15min walking distance.

Some small things we missed: capsules for the dishwasher, garbage bag, toilet paper and soap from some of the bathrooms. Walls are quite thin, you can hear noises from the apartment under/above yours. We rented both apartments, so it was ok, but if it were two different companies, then it could have been annoying.

Wonderful villa with nice views in a quiet area

Everything was perfect. We enjoyed the nice and quiet house and its sorroundings a lot. The view from Como Lake in the background is much better in reality than the one on the photos. I'd recommend it and I'd come here again.

Superb

Wonderful and spacious apartment with great view, within a 15 minutes (steep) walk from the Lenno waterfront. Everything in order, despite the furnishing being somewhat outdated.

The property is managed by someone that lives far away. If everything is ok, this is no problem as no interaction is needed. However in our case there was a problem with the internet and they only came 24 hours later to repair this.

Два дні ми були з 5 дітьми за одним столом в дуже зручних умовах. Дуже зручне розташування. Магазин близько (10 хвилин пішки), набережна близько, чудова зелена тропа близько. Безкоштовне паркування. У будинку є все необхідне в повному обсязі - і посуд і білизна. Заздалегідь написали про прибуття і нас зустріли, щоб все розказати та показати, а при виїзді ми поклали ключі у скриньку і нікого не чекали. Все дуже зручно. Дякуємо за гостинність

Localização optima, perto do centro de Lenno, com vista para o lago. O apartamento é espaçoso, com todas as comodidades para quem viaja em Familia (com crianças). O exterior permite aproveitar ao máximo a vista. Recomendo

Ao nível da limpeza poderiam ter dado mais atenção a alguns pormenores. Ao movermos o sofa, alguns micro pedaços de vidro ainda lá estavam.
