Bellavista Apt - Garden & Lake View is located in Sala Comacina, on the western shore of Lake Como, right in front of Comacina Island, one of the main attractions of the area. A perfect destination for those seeking a relaxing atmosphere, surrounded by nature and tradition, with breathtaking views of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains.ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONThe kitchen is equipped with induction hob, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, washing machine and dishwasher. From the living room, a large French window overlooks the private furnished veranda and the shared garden with incredible views of Lake Como. There are 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom and 1 sofa bed. The 2 bathrooms have a shower and bathtub.

Bellavista Apt is a house that will welcome you with taste and simplicity. It enjoys two outdoor gardens, shared with the other units in the residence, both overlooking Lake Como. On the second floor a large bedroom balcony , while on the ground floor you will enjoy a furnished veranda overlooking the large lake view garden.

There is internet wi-fi throughout the house.

The apartment does not have air conditioning but there are fans available for guests.

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, as there is a sofa bed.ACCESSIBILITY AND PARKINGThe house is located on the ground floor, with direct access from the street.

There are also other public parking lots not far from the apartment, in case guests have more than one car, but we warn that they are often full during the peak season.SALA COMACINA & SURROUNDINGSSala Comacina is a town that offers restaurants, bars, a quaint historic center, and countless natural beauties that can be admired through pleasant walks. Well connected by public transportation via boats and buses, it is easily accessible to and from all lake destinations. It is 25 km from Como and 20 km from Cernobbio, where there is the highway entrance to Milan and Lugano.

In Sala Comacina you will have the opportunity to rent a boat, take the boat to explore the other villages on the lake and walk in nature by taking the Lake Como Greenway.

In the village there's also a butcher's shop and a bakery, but there are no grocery stores. The nearest super market is called Sigma, in the village of Lenno. (2.5km away)GETTING AROUNDWe recommend traveling by car, as the apartment has private parking.

We inform that cab service on Lake Como is not always reliable or readily available. Therefore, we recommend not relying on it once you reach your destination. We suggest considering alternative options such as public transportation (buses and boats), renting a car, or using pre-booked private drivers.

There are bus and boat stops in Sala Comacina.

Fantastic location- outside of the tourist area yet close to the lake and easy to walk to the lake and surrounding areas. The apartment was better than expected with everything we needed and clean, the view from the apartment was breathtaking and we often decided to cook in since it was so stunning to eat in the patio. Parking in the garage however was very challenging and we chose to find street parking. We had a slightly larger car which did not fit in the garage. I will hopefully return to the area and if so, we most definitely stay in the same place again!!!
