Villa Margita

Beautiful modern clean Villa, contained everything we needed for a weeks stay. Stayed as a family of 4. Boys enjoyed table tennis and table football. The pool was the perfect size and could soak up the sun on the sunbeds. Although location just outside of Split Old Town, train station was a few minutes walk away to take you direct to the harbour. The Mall of Split 20 minutes walk. Supermarket and shops under a 10 min walk away. Host was very friendly and met us at check in to explain all we needed to know and we really appreciated being allowed to leave our cases as our flight arrived early and we were allowed to check in earlier. Would highly recommend.

From the moment we arrived, Villa Margita felt like a home away from home. It’s tucked away in a peaceful, private location, making it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a truly relaxing holiday. The villa is beautifully equipped with absolutely everything you could need – and then some! We especially loved the filtered drinking water and the ice machine on tap, which were such thoughtful touches, especially in the Croatian sunshine. Having a local supermarket just a few minutes away was really convenient too. The beds were so comfortable that we all slept brilliantly, and the huge TV in the living room, along with TVs in both bedrooms, was a lovely bonus for those quieter evenings. The pool was the highlight of our stay. We spent hours enjoying it every day and, by the end of the holiday, we were all saying we wished we could take it home with us! What really made our stay special, though, was our wonderful host. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and nothing was ever too much trouble. We felt genuinely looked after throughout our stay. We enjoyed exploring beautiful Split Old Town and even took the ferry for an overnight visit to Dubrovnik before returning to our own little oasis of calm. It was the perfect balance of sightseeing and relaxation. We also felt the villa offered excellent value for money. The quality of the accommodation, facilities and level of comfort made the price feel very fair, and we would happily stay here again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful villa with us. We made memories we’ll treasure for years to come and are already talking about when we can come back. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Villa Margita to anyone looking for a special place to stay.

The property itself was just amazing, everything spotless when we arrived and the wide range of facilities and amenities made it a very fun week for a group of 6 young, almost everything is thought out in the villa and well equipped with cleaning and cooking products as well as technology from electric lemon squeezers and ice machines to flatscreen tvs and sound systems. As a group of lads that were keen to go into town a lot we were skeptical about the out of town location however we came to realise it was actually perfect being very private and quite whilst also being a short cheap uber/bolt ride into the town. And for the host, zlatko and his dad were so kind and made the stay absolutely seamless by always being available and helping us with any issues. Overall it is a fantastic property and we all highly recommend it and would love to return.

The Villa was exactly as the photos, everything you need when staying in a villa, lots of outside space with an amazing pool, barbecue area, table tennis table & foozeball table. Everything a family needs to have an amazing holiday in Split. Short Uber ride to the old town & close to the Mall of Split. There is also to Supermarkets close by. I’d have no problem booking this Villa again, Zlatko our host was a gentleman. He was waiting st the villa when we arrived & explained how everything worked in the villa, communication from start to finish was excellent. Thanks again Zlatko we had an amazing holiday
