The property is situated in a holiday complex, in the town centre. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the panorama and the quiet and sunny location by the water. Available for exclusive use are: sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion, and garden furniture.

Access is via a side road (paved). Parking in the garage.
