Old Captain's Apartments - in a pine wood by the sea and tennis courts

This apartment is on the ground floor of a deco style building. We loved the antique furniture. A great shower and laundry facilities - coffee machine (with coffee!). Behind and between the tennis courts on the coast of Split, the location is brilliant. A stunning 900 meter walk around the bays take you to the ferry terminal and Old Town. 250m or so away is a large Spa supermarket, the best in the area, which served our grocery needs. We had a secure place to park our rental car. Jelena and Sača are warm and lovely. Between arrival and departure we didn't hear a peep from them.

We would have liked to feel we could sit on the upper ground grassed area that overlooks the sea, but did not want to impose.

We had a wonderful stay at Old Captain’s Apartments. The location is fantastic – right by the sea and surrounded by pine trees, with beautiful views and stunning sunsets in the evenings. The apartment itself was very comfortable, well equipped, and in a great spot for exploring Split. What really stood out, though, was how accommodating and kind the hosts were. Our flight was delayed on arrival, and they kindly met us late at night for check-in. On our last day, even though they had another booking, they thoughtfully let us use a downstairs apartment so we could store our bags and freshen up before our evening flight. This made a big difference to our trip, and we really appreciated it.

Perfekt beliggenhed tæt på både Split centrum og gode strande. Hyggeligt gammelt hus og imødekommende værter. Dejligt med skygge under fyrretræerne og mulighed for at lave mad på grillen.

Røglugt i opgangen som man skulle kortvarigt igennnem for at komme ind til lejligheden i stueetagen. Værten har en hund som løber rundt i haven.

It is a comfortable studio apartment, 4 flights up with an incredible view of the sea, Brac and the Adriatic. There is access to to the sea all around. And several good restaurants. You are a 5 minute Uber ride into the center. Very easy access to everything. The owners are lovely people. Enjoy.
