Perfect location in split!

Great location, close to the mall!

The ad said jacuzzi, when I brought it up to the host we were told it said that the jacuzzi was closed in certain months which I couldn’t find anywhere! We booked this place for the hot tub so we were disappointed! The place was very clean and had what we needed !

Our stay was lovely and if we had any issues the owner was very helpful

the outside area is outstanding especially the hot tub on an evening watching the sun set over the mountains property had everything we needed like towels and condiments

everything was perfect no issues, owner was very responsive and checked in to make sure we didnt need anything else throughout our stay

Beautiful view and very comfortable place to stay.

We liked the view and the jacuzzi.

Even though the quiet time is at 10 pm, the neighbors looked over the wall to complain about noise way before 10 pm because we were eating and playing cards outside on the balcony.

Overall a great stay for a group of friends.

Great outdoor area, air conditioning in every room and spacious for a large group.

One bathroom was tricky to navigate with a group of 8 people, and the shower would flood the bathroom each use.

It was a great stay! The balcony is way bigger than from the pictures and theres some lovely views for the sunset! Its a penthouse apartment and the building has elevators.

I liked that it was clean and very close to the mall I was also very close to the sea and the lady was very hospitable her name was Ivan I really suggest talking with her and contacting her about anything that you might inquire about in property

Superb

Landlord personally came to accomodate us and kindly explained/showed everything necesarry, even it was far after 09:00 p.m. The property itself is new, super clean, very well equipped, we truly needed nothing more. The top is long-long terrace and nice mid-size shop Studenac within 50 meters.

Bel appartement

Super logement propre et spacieux, la literie confortable. Nous étions 3 mais il serait difficile d’y manger à 5 ou 6 la table n’est pas très grande. Le seul bémol pour nous est que le jacuzzi n’était qu’à 28 à notre arrivée et donc pas utilisable avant de longues heures de chauffe. Si nous avions eu l’info nous aurions demandé à Ivana avant notre arrivée s’il était possible de le mettre en marche. Elle est très réactive et très sympathique. Merci à elle
