Definitely not luxury

The WiFi works and it could be a nice place to stay but there are so many issues with this place it makes it hard to see the positives

Where to start... Firstly, we treated ourselves to a private pool and wish we hadn't. The pool isn't heated and after multiple arguments with the staff they said it was heated by the sun. This isn't great when it's behind an overgrown tree and often not in the sun. The pool would also get leaves and various dirt blown into the frozen pool so after a few days you really don't want to get in. We asked for it to be cleaned and had a very grumpy member of staff clean it but after half an hour it was back to being dirty. We then had the joy of waking up with bites and after investigating it we found ants crawling across the bed. During our stay the land in front of the apartment was being flattened so the constant noise of heavy machinery was always a delight. Nothing the hotel could do about that but it added to the misery of this stay. We're not sure if this was just because we missed everyone during peak season but the beaches are all empty and everywhere we went it was like an apocalypse had happened. Very odd. Overall I would recommend staying clear of this place. We have received a small refund for the trouble we had but save yourself the trouble and stay away.

Breakfast was ok. We cooked several times. The view over the Adriatic was amazing and so peaceful!

Amazing sea view!

I loved our room! it had an amazing sea view where you could watch the sunrise. The view was absolutely beautiful, and the room was spacious with plenty of space for all our things. The balcony was great , perfect for having breakfast while enjoying the view. You can also have breakfast by the pool or inside, both really nice options. I really loved the hotel 😍 the infinity pool is incredible, and the breakfast was delicious!

Everything was great overall, but I think the bathroom would be better with a door, the water splashes out quite a bit 🙄

Beautiful infinity pool area, comfortable sun loungers. Free towels. Lovely shaded gazebo area for breakfast or snacks and drinks. We ordered breakfast in advance and one evening we ordered a few delicious appetizer dishes to eat on our sea view balcony. Beautifully presented. Sarah at reception was very helpful and friendly as were all the other staff which were all females! Safe enclosed parking area in the olive garden which opened by pre installed parking app via Bluetooth. Clean and bright open plan “shabby chic” design room with no partition between glass shower and sleeping area, which some people may not like, but no problem for us. Beautiful lamps. No safe in the room.

Not very soundproofed, we could hear other guests flushing the toilets or unlocking their room doors. Or we could hear the guests in the floor above us walking (stamping) around at all times.

The property had a beautiful view. It was a very private property with minimal rooms, which made it very peaceful and more personal. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious as were the cocktails. The infinity pool was lovely to swim in as well as to look at.

It was a little challenging to locate, but well worth it. The local beach was indeed a short walk, however, it was very small and there was ongoing construction during our visit, which made walking by the water not an option, which of course had nothing to do with the hotel, was just an unforeseeable timing issue, but disappointing nonetheless.

Breakfast was freshly made and delicious! The view from our room and the pool area were stunning, overlooking the water. The check-in and bar staff were personal, and gave exceptional service throughout our stay. Cannot recommend enough!

the staff was very kind, the hotel room was nice and had everything you need. we had the room with the swimming pool which was great! close enough to split centre with an uber. beautiful view of the sea from our room

The room was very spacious with an amazing view. The hotel was incredibly clean and the pool area was stunning. The staff were also very helpful and welcoming.

Nothing! The only downside is the hotel is about a 15 minute uber from Split but this only costs about €10 and is very easy.

Great place and staff - Could use some tweaks

The unit was Very spacious. The view of the ocean is excellent. The bed was good. The rooms balcony was amazing. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful.

The walkin shower gets the bathroom floor wet which is a drag. The shower needs shelves or baskets. The place is fairly complex to access with a vehicle, therefore getting an Uber requires you to go to a pickup spot that is a bit of a hike. The parking is a bit rough...on gravel, between squeezing olive trees. I wish they would switch from metal keys to plastic cards. I stayed here to avoid the noise in downtown Split. However, there is a major redevelopment project being done on the shoreline: boulders, dump trucks...etc which woke me up in the mornings. Also party boats at night jam their music pretty loud. Breakfast being delivered was nice, but a highly recommend they offer an online ordering option VS just paper. The screen to the sliding door needed to be resplined as it was coming out. One of the pillows stitching was coming undone a bit.

Construction all around the property in July 25. No food (only limited sandwich and cold snack) and no restaurants in walking distance. Only nearby beach is next to a massive construction site so you’ll need to get Ubers everywhere (which are cheap and easy) Our room only suitable for 2 adults as bathroom is off main bedroom - we are a group of 3 and it was really awkward everyone using one en suite bathroom even though it was advertised as a studio for 3 adults. The facilities are a bit tired - our sink didn’t drain and the shower flooded into the main bedroom. All reported but nothing was done.

We loved the view , the apartment and the pool area . livvi and Sarah couldn’t do enough for their guests. The cocktails were also excellent.

Obviously there is some construction, as others have mentioned, down below the apartments, which is not ideal but jt didn’t affect our stay.

A Perfect Stay: Exceeded All Expectations

Beautiful view, very scenic, the room was such a different vibe, very boho and thoughtfully designed, the hosts were so friendly and helpful, the infinity pool is the highlight of this place, could not get enough of the sea and sunset views. I would definitely stay here again if I was to visit another time

location is a bit far off from the centre, but that was in no way a disadvantage, you could use uber or your own car to get to city centre in 10 to 15 minutes

This property proved to be disappointing and added stress to our vacation.

The inside of the apartment was clean and there was a view of the ocean.

We arrived to the complex at around 8:30 pm, and had been in contact about our arrival time. We knew there was no guest service at this time. We arrived by taxi and were dropped off in the middle of a construction zone. Though our contact had sent a video of how to find our unit it was very difficult with no outside lighting along a torn up path in the middle of a construction zone. It was an anxiety filled 20-30 minute search in the dark with all of our luggage. We had a planned tour for the next day so had to book an uber, but the WiFi info was not in the unit. There were 2 entrances to the property and 2 different addresses which was confusing for us and for taxi and uber drivers (most of whom are from the area) because of this we missed our tour which we had paid for already and really was the thing we were most looking forward to. The outside of the entire property is under major construction. The entire area is littered with debris, broken down machinery, working machinery and unused building supplies. Our unit didn’t have its own pool, but the ones at the units below us were empty and in disrepair and in clear view from our balcony. We reached out to our contact a few times and responses varied from a few minutes to 6 hours. This was by far the most disappointing of our accommodations in Croatia.

Lovely peaceful stay with most AMAZING view

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We stayed in a suite with a private pool with a large south facing balcony with the most AMAZING view of the sea. We were very impressed with the size room (separate living and bedroom areas) and room facilities. The bed was massive and super comfy. Great powerful shower. Helpful and friendly hosts on hand to answer questions and provide advice and recommendations as well as anything needed. They made contact prior to our stay to give arrival instructions. They were even able to kindly accommodate an earlier check in for us. The room was cleaned every other day but it was no problem to ask for fresh towels daily and top ups of toiletries and nespresso pods. Sarah in particular was so helpful and we were able to WhatsApp any questions. Quiet and peaceful location on the edge of Split with easy and low cost access to the centre of Split, the airport and the surrounding areas by Uber. Not a lot within the immediate vicinity such as restaurants but there were some supermarkets nearby where we stocked up on groceries so that didn’t bother us. The room had a small kitchen with fridge/freezer, hob and dishwasher as well as crockery so great for self catering. You can also use the app ‘Wolt’ to order takeaway food, groceries etc (free delivery for new customers) so this was also ideal to get affordable restaurant quality food from the comfort of our room with the beautiful view from our balcony. The hotel did also offer a selection of food and drinks which is also a great addition. All in all we loved our stay here, would definitely go back and 100% recommend to anyone visiting Split.

Only recommendation would be to provide a microwave and suitable bin for food waste in the kitchen.

Luxurious stay in a modern appartment

Lovely pool area and infinity pool looking over the sea. Host Sarah is excellent and is so welcoming, giving all the information you require for your stay. Rooms are modern and spacious with excellent air conditioning. Definitely a luxury stay with a hotel/apartment feel.

The hotel had a bar/brunch service which was great as we did not expect it. I think the only critique and recommendation would be to widen the selection of sandwiches or lunch options as the location is outside of the town and requires an Uber to go to split town for food. However, Sarah does recommend local apps for food delivery service if that is something that suits you.
