Lux View Beach Apt

The apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was breathtaking .

There was nothing not to like about the apartment the only thing we would say is it would be helpful to have an information pack about things to do, recommending places to eat etc

Spacious apartment and good location

We really appreciated our stay and the apartment has many great qualities. It is very spacious, and having three separate bedrooms was a big advantage, as everyone could sleep comfortably. The view is beautiful, and the apartment is well-equipped with everything needed for a stay. The host was very kind, welcoming, and communicative, which we truly appreciated. At the same time, we feel the apartment would benefit from some updates to better reflect today’s standards of comfort. A few elements feel a bit dated (for example the bathroom setup - shower would be more comfortable than bathtub, or kitchen appliances), and some furniture shows signs of wear. With some modernization and attention to detail, the overall experience could be even better. There are also a few small details we would like to mention with the best intentions, as they could be relatively easy to improve. The towels were extremely rough and uncomfortable to use. Some kitchen items, such as the kettle and coffee machine, did not feel properly clean, and there were opened packages of coffee left behind from previous guests, which was not very pleasant. Taking a bit more care with these details would make a noticeable difference for guests. The terrace/balcony is a lovely feature, but currently there are only two loungers, and one of them is damaged and not really usable. This is something that could be improved to make the outdoor space more enjoyable. There was also an issue with a broken blind – while the host kindly informed us about it, it seemed like it might have been a longer-term problem, and it does slightly reduce the overall comfort of the stay. Overall, this is a lovely apartment with great potential, and with a bit of care and updating, it could offer an even higher level of comfort. We share this feedback with good intentions and hope it will be helpful.

The rooms where close to the beach in a quite neighborhood.

The apartment was not close to the centre.The parking place was often occupied. The apartment was nice especially the terras. Unfortunately the view was not as we expected due to a new build high building. The bedrooms were very small and tw of the beds were old and not really comfortable.
