The exterior and location is a little shady. Graffiti all over exterior, dimly lit hallways and trash in the hallways.

Apartment itself is very nice, clean and comfortable.

The exterior and location itself is a little shady. Graffiti all over exterior, dimly lit hallways and trash in the hallways. Owner should show photos of exterior so customers are prepared for shock. Finally, checkout time was at 10AM and owner arrived at 10:05AM with cleaning crew and walked right in. We were in the process of packing few final items and it felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming to have them hawking over us.

Great apartment for 2 families, walking distance to the beach, lovely host, modern apartment

The property was clean, comfortable and very spacious with lovely and modern furnishings. Perfect fit for two families with 2 very generous main bedrooms and 2 smaller bedrooms for our kids.

The area that the apartment was in was a little run down but by day 2 we were in the grove and it matter.
