Room 101 - Eindhoven - By T&S

The whole experience was great! The hosts were very kind, helpful and gentle. The room was well organised and clean. The only negative was that you can you hear the noises from the other rooms during the day hours but in the sleeping hours everything was quiet because everyone were sleeping.

Nothing, great place to stay felt very looked after and was left to my own space when needed it

-it was clean -easy to get the keys -fridge, coffee machine

-we didn’t get the room we booked -there is only one bathroom for 3 rooms -it’s a bit far away from the city centre

Early check-in was available, and the granted coffee was good. The room and bed linen seemed to be clean.

There is NO DOOR on the toilet, so this place is only suitable if you arrive alone, or you are not shy in front of your roommate. They unfortunately also lacked a door on the kitchen area, which was so disturbingly dirty and disgusting, that we were not able to leave it unnoticed. So this part of the house seemed to belong to the long term neighbours, who lived one floor above us. As you step out of your room and look in the kitchen, there are sticky notes everywhere not to touch their things. (Not like we dared to touch anything in there...) It would be elegant to apply a door on the place. The kitchen and our room also had a shared terrace. And though, they have never did - it was somehow also disturbing to know, that if we leave the curtains open, then any of the tenants can see us mindig our business on the toilet... I know it is the Netherlands, and looking through each others living space is not uncommon, but still there are limits to this habit. The terrace was also dirty, and neglected, with a half assembled chair on it. The room has no AC so we left the terrace door open for the night, only to listen to the huge fan which was applied in front of our door. (We do not know where it was leading to, but is was a massive pipe connected to it.) The other tenants stomps loudly on the wooden stairs, which is partly the ceiling of the room, so be prepared that whenever they come down to the kitchen, you are going to be awake. Broken glass door, random electric cable running across the staircase, sticky notes, dirt... All together, the place seems to shift from long term rent to short term rent, but I guess in order to maximise profit, they started to rent the place out, before they actually prepared things properly for the guests. 2 days later for the SAME price we stayed in a proper hotel room in the centre of The Hague...

Camara molto comoda anche spaziosa, pulita. Ubicazione perfetta a poco 10 min dal centro, stazione centrale e tutto altro . Ristorante persico sotto la struttura

Ik was er voor twee dagen om een festival te bezoeken in de Effenaar. De loopafstand naar de Effenaar is prima te doen.

De accommodatie is een kamer boven een restaurant. Ik heb voor twee dagen meer dan €200 betaald. De plinten zijn vies, de kamer is super gehorig, de deur naar de kamer is een gewone deur met een slot erin geplaatst maar de stevigheid, en dus de veiligheid, is ver te zoeken. Als klap op de vuurpijl was de douche kapot, er kwam alleen heel heet water uit. Daar kun je niet onder douchen. Ik heb hier op de eerste ochtend melding van gemaakt. Er kwam een toezegging dat het maintenance team iets zou gaan doen. Helaas niets gebeurd. Dus tweede dag weer niet kunnen douchen. Na vertrek een melding gekregen dat het hen erg speet dat ze niets hebben kunnen doen. Vervolgens via Booking compensatie gevraagd maar hier reageren ze niet op. Dus boek hier vooral niet. Geef net iets meer uit of ergens anders en geniet van een verblijf. Hier zal genieten geen optie zijn.

le scale passano Sopra la stanza quindi rende impossibile dormire per che tutti salgono e scendono visto che le altre stanze non hanno il bagno padano di continuo per usare un bagno in comune quindi non si dorme dibuto alla rumorosità continua, la doccia perde acqua ogni tanto durante la sera creando parecchio disturbo. C’è un ristorante indiano sotto quidni c’è la contante puzza di cibo e di spezie in tutto il palazzo

Helemaal verschrikkelijk en werkelijk niemand aan te bevelen en mens onwaardig. De foto’s op Booking zijn niet van de accomodaties, jij komt bij een verschrikkelijk oud pant met sleutelkastjes aan de buitenkant. Geen receptie, geen uitleg helemaal niets. Een keer binnen nog veel erger als verwacht. Heel eeg vies en smerig, schimmels aan de wanden en zelfs wen dikke waterblaas onder de behang door een lekkage bij de douche. De douche vies en het thermostaat zonder functie - alleen heel heet, maakt niet uit wat je draaid.

Bij de biuren constant feest, blijken oostblok werkers te zijn. Veel alcohool, kokerellen s’nachts om half een, veel lawaai en luide muziek en, jij kunt erop wachten, met meer dra m erbij, een vechtparrij!!! Ik heb van 4 nachten geen oog dicht gedaan….. Geen directe communicatie met uitbaters mogelijk, mail gestuurd geen antwoord, als dan eindelijk iemand antwoord alleen in het engels. Factuur opgevraagd via de Bokking App met alle gegevens erin. Ontvang jij naar drie herinnering een factuur met geen bedrijfsgegevens als gevraagd en ook niet de verplichte items van een zakelijke factuur. Het ergste is dat geen een foto van de Booking site ook maar in de buurt komt van de werkelijkheid. Hoop dat er snel een controle komt en deze misstand een einde maakt!
