Disappointing

It was fairly clean, large closet

The appartment smelled like old socks, like someone had been smoking it it. Really strange smell. The gate has a number lock, not very comfortable opening it at night in the dark. Dark alley follows and each door has a different code lock… The interior is very un-cozy, cheap materials everywhere, blanket is for 1 person, towels are not soft and very thin and didn’t smell fresh. You’re supposed to wash your own towels (????) and take out the trash. The cleaning crew are just too lazy to do that. They put a garbage bag on top of the bin, really strange… Only one window opens, not in the bedroom, no fresh air. But the street is very noisy with screaming people and constant traffic so you have to keep it closed. When a bus comes by, the appartment actually shakes. You can hear the upstairs neighbors walking around. Staying here was not very pleasant.

Shower door was uninstalled for some reason and left leaning against laundry machine, no explanation was provided. It wasn’t a real issue.

The PERFECT INDEPENDENT place to stay in Eindhoven city centre

Everything. The apartment is beautiful, ample, and has everything you need. The location is unbeatable. The staff is ready to answer and take care of any issue that might happen. You can count on them, they have you covered. I am especially grateful to Monique. RECOMMENDED!

It was perfect.

The house was in a perfect location, right in the city center. In addition the heating isolation was perfect, the house was warm, we did not feel cold at all. The facilities were perfect, the house was in a good condition.

Prettig nieuw appartement - ruim, comfortabel, warm en schoon. Goede locatie in het centrum.

Gehorig; hard dichtslaande deuren, gebonk op de trap en muziek van de buren was 's avonds iedere dag tot een uur of 21.30-22.00 te horen. 's Nachts wel rustig. Communicatie verloopt via een app, dat was omslachtig. Bovendien werkte de app op mijn telefoon niet goed. Het reservering team gaf wel antwoord via email.

Fantástico apartamento. Complicado check in. Too early check out

Demasiado impersonal. Mándanos millones de instrucciones para entrar con 3 códigos, hasta tirar la basura es difícil! Pero el apartamento es estupendo y está en una zona muy buena. Una vez le pillas el truco todo va bien.

Lo PEOR la hora de check out a las 9.00. Am. Es demasiado pronto!!!

Super lokalizacja, duza przestrzen i wygoda dla dwojki osob.

Bardzo przestrzenne mieszkanie. Mimo tego, ze w centrum, okna wychodzily na tyly, co powodowalo, ze nie bylo slychac chalasu, tetniacego zyciem miasta. Duzo roznych czystych i zadbanych sprzetow udogodniajacych pobyt (ekspres do kawy, lodowka, piekarnik, zelazo z deska, suszarka).

Bardzo zakurzone polki, lampy, ozdoby. Przydalo by sie po prostu przetrzec powierzchnie nieuzytkowe. W pierwsza noc porwalo sie przescieradlo od strony nog, poniewaz bylo tak zuzyte a tkanina byla bardzo cienkutka, ze od zwyklego ruchu, po prostu peklo.

L'appartamento era nuovo, stupendo, pulito, attrezzato

È troppo complicato studiare tutte le regole per il soggiorno, bisogna usare un'app. È necessario scaricare e studiare molti file, io ho 57 anni e poco tempo da dedicare all'app, sono riuscita lo stesso a fare tutto ma non ho trovato dove buttare i miei rifiuti, né nel cortile né in strada, nonostante in casa ci fosse il garbage pass a mia disposizione. Avrei dovuto cercare nelle FAQ dell'app e sinceramente il mio cellulare non riusciva ad aprire alcuni file, fra cui quello dove mi è stato detto di cercare. Alla fine ho buttato il mio sacco della spazzatura nel bidone di un ristorante vicino a casa, che casualmente era aperto
