Lovely house with complete kitchen, living room and nice garden at a good location.

Location is quiet, easy to reach and not far from Eindhoven airport. Living room is nicely furnished with sofa and dining table. Kitchen is complete with stove, dishwasher, fridge, utensils and coffee machine (coffee bean is provided - wow !). Bathroom is spacious and water pressure is good. Garden is complete with furniture and view from garden is lovely and pleasant. Everything is tidy and clean.

Mattress, mattress top and pillows are too soft. Bedroom is upstairs and not on the same floor. Staircase to bedroom is quite steep. No air-conditioning - probably, it's not necessary except for hot summer day/night. However, inverter air-conditioning can be used for heating during cold winter nights and probably, more efficient than radiator. The bedroom is upstairs and can be hot and humid if outside temperature is above 25 degree C. These are just personal preferences and suggestions. During my stay, outside temperature during the night dropped to below 25 degree C and it was pleasant. Overall, I really like the house and enjoy the stay.

Great little cottage in the tiny village of Nederwetten. Beautifully quiet but with easy access to Woensel and Eindhoven. Myke was very responsive.

Een heerlijk ontspannen verblijf

Een heerlijke ontspannen plek, met uitzicht op de weilanden. Ik voelde me heel welkom. Het huisje is voorzien van alle gemakken, de keuken is heel uitgebreid en de afwasmachine een fijne verrassing. Het bed lag heerlijk.

De fijne sfeer in het huisje en het mooie uitzicht. Verder was het heel compleet qua uitrusting. Myke is super gastvrij en de communicatie heel soepel.

Ein zauberhafter Ort, man ist mit dem Auto sehr schnell im malerischen Nuenen. Wer eine Unterkunft mit Kontakt zum Vermi

Das Häuschen hat alles was man braucht, eine excellent ausgestattete Küche: Kaffeevollautomat, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Mikrowelle/Ofenkombination, grosse und kleine Töpfe, Pfannen. Hier kann man sich komplett verpflegen. Der Ort hat aber auch Restaurants und in Nuenen gibts noch mehr Auswahl. Die Fotos sind etwas veraltet, inzwischen gibt es eine überdachte Veranda, ein anderes sehr bequemes Sofa und auch am Tisch lässt es sich mit den neuen Stühlen sehr bequem sitzen und spielen, essen, lesen.

Du bist nicht so allein, wie es auf den Fotos scheint. Von der Veranda siehst du ins Feld, an der aber eine gut befahrene Strasse in den Ort führt. Haus und Garten des Vermieters sind angrenzend und mit wenig Sichtschutz.
