Fine for a fair price
Parking was in front of the house, the bed was quite comfortable. Everything was clean. It was nice that there were two bikes available, even if we did not make use of them. It was walking distance to a grocery store.
Everything seemed a bit outdated. The shower fell apart a bit and was leaky, some doors did not close properly, the shower was poorly ventilated.

Nice small apartment with free bikes to get around
The owners were nice and provide easy access via keybox. They were easy to reach for questions. The flat had extra stuff for cooking like salt, pepper etc. The pictures are true to the listing. Easy access to Woensel Area. Parking Lot. Loved that we got free bikes.

Good location but cleanness is a problem. Mold at several places.
Being close to the city and to the ring. Easy access to the property. Host is easily reachable.
As other reviewers indicated before me in September, cleanness is a problem at this property. Not only the dust on the floor, but there is mold at several places. Only because this was indicated months ago and nothing has been done to fix it, I rate this property as 4.

Host is very helpful and the property is well maintained. It’s also in a very quiet neighborhood.

Well located, comfortable, and fully-equiped apartment nearby TU/e
Fully equipped apartment, cozy and clean. Comfortable beds. The kitchen is small but has everything you need. coffee, tea, spices. Lots of nice extras - umbrellas for guests, free bikes, and parking in front of the apartment entrance. The apartment is well located nearby TU/e, with easy access to the city center, stadium, and exit roads from the city. Friendly hosts.
Bikes could be in the better technical condition.
