Compact and comfortable attic apartment
After managing to bring the suitcase of my friend up, all went well. As the apartment is in an attic, I suggest to limit yourself to cabin-sized luggage. We slept very well, enjoyed fresh toast and tea in the morning and we always found parking within 50 metres of the building. For two middle-aged ladies the apartment was exactly what we needed, with separate sleeping spaces and a common area. The shower is on the small side, and I would hazard a guess that if you’re over 1,80cm tall you might catch your hair in the bathroom ventilation ;)

Mooi ruim appartement en de locatie is perfect.
Het appartement was niet schoongemaakt. Er lagen veel haren in de badkamer en ook nog in het bed. Het thee zet apparaat was ook niet schoongemaakt want er zat nog water in van de vorige bewoner. Ik heb hier niet heel veel moeite mee aangezien ik amper in het huis aanwezig was eigenlijk alleen om te slapen. Maar als je houd van goede hygiëne dan moet je deze niet boeken.

Sehr zentrale Wohnung für einen Kurzbesuch in Eindhoven
Sehr gute Lage, da Zentrum/Bahnhof in 30 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Aber vor Ort viele Restaurants, Imbissmöglichkeiten und Geschäfte in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Kostenfreie Parkplätze vor dem Haus auf der Strasse stehen zur Verfügung. Netter und hilfreicher Kontakt zur Vermietung. Matratzen sehr gut.
2 der Schlafmöglichkeiten nur über Leiter sportlich erreichbar.

חדר עם מדרגות קשות לעליה לא כל שכן עם מזוודות, אין לקבל אורחים לדירה. לא ממשנו את מטרת נסיעתנו הפעם.
החדר בסדר, יש מיקום חניה חינם על בסיס מקום פנוי ברחוב, אולם יש מדרגות עליה לחדר שקיבלנו, המדרגות הם לוליניות וקשה מאוד לעלות עם מזוודות לחדר. נוסף לכך יש מס וערבון על השכרת החדר, כאשר יש מספיק חדרי אירוח ברמה יותר גבוהה בבוקינג שאפשר גם בלי מס וערבון.
רצוי מאוד לומר את כל האמת בצילום החדר, יש מדרגות שמאוד קשות לעליה לחדר שהוא למעשה בקומה השניה, קשה מאוד לעלות מזוודות לחדר, צריך להיות בעל כושר גופני טוב על מנת לעלות מזוודות לחדר, לאנשים מבוגרים לא ממולץ. כמו כן יש הערה שאין להכניס זרים לחדר, אין לארח אפילו משפחה, זה מוסבר רק לאחר שמקבלים את החדר, לצערי במקרה שלי החדר הושכר לצורך מיפגש משפחתי, משפחתנו אח של אישתי והבת שלו גרים בהולנד , הבת גרה בהוסטל והאח גר עם שותפים בדירה בהיינדהובן, מדי שנתים אנחנו שוכרים חדר אירוח מבוקינג לצורך מפגש משפחתי, להפתעתנו המארח שלח לנו הודעה שאם נארח אדם כל שהוא בדירה הואמ יכנוס אותנו, אז כל מי שצריך דירה למגש משפחתי לא רצוי לקחת את הדירה הזו.
