A quiet gem

I loved how quiet it was inside (with the window to the street closed) and the shutters for the sunlight. The view is nice from the living room, and the kitchen is plenty for traveling. I loved that there was a laundry machine. I bought some detergent and did some laundry, although I've never used a European combination washer+dryer before. Be sure you aren't starting a 6 hour cycle if you don't mean to! Also, the property made it very easy to do a late check-out when I needed to. It was really nice that one bed was soft and the other firm. Most places I stayed in Europe had hard beds, so I was very happy to find a soft comfortable bed.

There was a little mold in a really hard to reach spot in the shower (between glass doors). I wish there were a shelf or something in the shower to hold the shampoo I brought, but there was shampoo provided. Fair warning for other people who bring their own cookware - only induction rated cookware will work. Do be aware that the stairs are VERY steep and turn 180 degrees. I had a huge suitcase, and if I were older or weaker, I would have been worried about it. Maybe this is a common Netherlands thing? Other reviews warned me of this, so it was not a surprise.

Nice apartment with nice facilities to host you. A small balcony makes you get fresh air if the whether is good.

Quiet Safe environment, easy and are parking on street, comfortable house, the balcony, the comfort of the beds, cleanness.

We did not figure out how the heater worked: It was OK during shower and it we were able to heat the apartment at first. But at midnight, the apartment was ice-cold and could not heat it again. There was only 1 coffee capsule for 4 people. I wish the owner was a bit more generous. The stairs are too steep and narrow (apartment on 1st floor)

Overall a good place to stay in Eindhoven

Clean rooms, good neighborhood, easy access. Perfect for 4 adults, the kitchen is fully equipped, you can cook small meals or make breakfast. The city centre is 30 minutes walk away, but 5 min walk away you can find grocery stores and restaurants.

The bathroom and toilet are quite small, but managable.

Are un balconas pe care poti iesi sa respiri aer curat. Bucatarie dotata foarte bine, dar am gasit congelatorul frigiderului (frigider mic) plin de gheata, a.i. usa congelatorului nu se inchidea.

Accesul catre apartament (la etaj) se face pe niste scari in spirala extrem de abrupte - greu cu bagajele pe scari, atat la urcat, cat si coborat. Toaleta extrem de mica, incomoda; nu exista paturi sau pilote; temperatura este setata la 21,3 grade C si termostatul este situat langa centrala termica. Noaptea temperatura in camera este de aprox. 17 grade C. Termostatul este setat si daca incerci sa modifici temperatura, dupa aprox 15s revine la setarea standard. Izolatia fonica este ca si inexistenta, iar in primele 2 nopti am avut vecini care intre orele 00.00 - 03.30 mutau mobilele, vorbeau extrem de tare, tipau, se bateau etc.
