Never stay here….it’s a scam!

Nothing. This was advertised as a One bedroom apartment and is just a room, with a shared toilet in an Atic, with no AC.

Everything. This is by far my worst experience with Booking. I called Customer Service. You did not do anything about it. I know that I am just another timy client. But, I spend around 50 K a year in work and pleasure. I will never spend 1 dime with you again. This was a scam

Profit the proximity of Eindhoven, enjoying the peace and quiet whilst you rest...

The whole of the room... Clean, comfortable, I loved the fact they had a kettle for a nice cuppa, loved the care for the coffee and tea. The great care Mr. Hasib ( the property manager)took in providing the best conditions, attentive and with true good manners and kind. Available to ensure the best is provided and everything was OK. That means a lot to me. It's a cozy and comfortable room, quiet, clean, the towels and linen clean as well... You have supermarkets and cafes around. Good coffee for a good price. Thank you fuse so much Mr. Hasib.

There's nothing I didn't like. It is a very well organised space to stay for a few days in a row. The service the staff, the price. And the care they take in helping you out. Good experience.

It’s dirty, the tv is not working, all the room smells food and when we arrived the floor was flooded

Je n ai jamais reçu de code pour récupérer les clefs je devais soit disant remplir un dossier que je n ai jamais reçu j ai payé 220 € pour rien j ai du faire demi tour et rentrer chez moi à plus de 220km honteux

Pessimo, lo sconsiglio

Posizione ottima, unico pregio

Colazione inesistente, piatti e stoviglie sporche, bollitore non funzionante e frigorifero sporchissimo (appena aperto sono usciti insetti e una piuma d'uccello). Pessimo il bagno in comune, mancava sapone e asciugamano, pessima gestione di spazi in camera, prese non funzionanti, decisamente sporco. Scale strette e ripide, decisamente problematiche per chi deve movimentare bagagli. Prezzo esagerato per la qualità offerta, meriterebbe 10€ a notte.

Er was niks positief aan deze hok. Enige positieve is dat de klanten service van booking.com. mijn geld heeft terug geregeld zodat ik een fatsoenlijke hotel kon boeken.

Koffie apparaat was stuk, tv zonder kanalen dus geen tv hing er voor de sier. Het halletje bij binnenkomst was al vies en smerig en het personeel kon je niet goed bereiken en wilden de problemen ook niet oplossen. De wc was apart en moest je delen met 4 anderen en de deurklink was los, en de luchtkwaliteit was slecht en heb het hotel daarover ingelicht en bewijzen gestuurd.

Kamer is zoals op de fotos. Deze was ook schoon en het beddengoed ook. Alleen de rest erom heen was enorm goor. De gange

Gratis voor deur parkeren, kamer was schoon. Kamer was ook precies zo als op foto.

Duur voorwat je krijgt. Gang ruikt zeurig en niet schoon. En de keuken is enorm goor. De kamer was prima. Deurklink ook niet echt stevig trok deze er zo een paar keer uit.
