Guest Access:
The apartment is entirely yours within a residential building complex. Before your arrival, you’ll be asked to fill out a short check-in form—this is mandatory and helps us prepare for your stay. Once completed, you’ll receive a four-digit code for self check-in.
Getting Around:
Take the bus from the station or walk.
Other Things to Note:
- We provide 1x double blanket per 2 guests.
Additional fees:
- Tourism tax: €4.50 per person per night, to be paid separately.
- Extra guest: €27.50 per night.
House Rules:
-No smoking inside (fine of €250)
-No prostitution allowed. Penalty of €500
-Pets are not allowed, otherwise, we need to charge an additional €150 for cleaning
-There is zero tolerance for parties and additional guests
-Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 11:oo PM
-We have a front door camera for security purposes. Please note that there are no cameras inside
