Villa Vento

The villa has a truly stunning lake view and offers a relaxing atmosphere that we really enjoyed. The location is beautiful and perfect for a peaceful getaway.

However, a few small details—easy and inexpensive to fix—would have made the stay perfect. The cleanliness could have been better, the floor was not washed properly .We had to request basic items such as toilet paper and shower gel. No welcome drink, not even espresso capsules for espresso machine. Additionally, the pillows were quite uncomfortable, and there was only one per person. The internet is very bad, although this aspect did not affect us, but it is good to know. Overall, it’s a lovely place with great potential, but a bit more attention to these details would significantly improve the guest experience.

Great location. Eateries and train station within walking distance. The Villa had everything we needed. Plenty of parking.

Uitzicht, 2 badkamers, 3 ruime slaapkamers, airco in alle kamers. Voldoende tuinmeubilair. Keuken klein maar wel compleet.

Alle afvalbakken in zicht. Harde matrassen, ledikanten van 200 lengte en in ons gezin 3 lange mensen. Was ruimte genoeg voor 220 lengte geweest. Ook geen voetbord aan het bed is beter. De WiFi was matig.

Lovely location, stunning view, clean house, one out of three villas looking over the lake and mountains. Wonderful place for hiking in the environment, drives to cities in the neighbourhood takes time as there are not many connections to motorways. The views on the way are stunning though, in between the tunnels. For instance Bergamo, Lugano and several other cities are doable and a nice daytrip. Milan is very easy to do by train from Colico. Nice restaurants in the area, however, they are quite expensive. There is a nice shopping mall nearby including a good supermarket and enough space to park. Good smart tv and plugs for your phone near your night table.

the dishwasher wasnt working properly. But that problem has been solved by the owners during the week. Tip for the owner: please make a description how to use the aircon, as we were not able to use it as there was no description.
