Great little apartment conveniently located in Assisi

Great location to easily enter Assisi. Clean and nice apartment with kitchen, fridge and table. New and fresh feeling. Hosts friendly and responsive. Could easily walk from parking area. 24 hour parking for set rate of 14€/24 hours. Would happily recommend.

I don’t love using online check in as I prefer not to put my personal details and passport number into third party products. I also worry that my internet service may not work correctly when needed. Which it didn’t - luckily I could login to the hosts wifi to enter the property from outside. Otherwise I really liked the place.

Dunkel, feucht und kalt

Tolle Lage Unkomplizierte Abwicklung mit den Vermietern. Haben sich mit der Einrichtung Mühe gegeben, es gemütlich zu gestalten

Haustür aus Glas, Fenster wie ein „Schaufenster“, also mussten die Vorhänge den ganzen Tag zugezogen bleiben, damit nicht jeder hinein sieht. Das machte den Raum extrem dunkel und gab uns mit den Mauern das Gefühl, wir sitzen in einem Keller. Die Bilder bei der Buchung dagegen waren total hell ausgeleuchtet und stehen in keinem Verhältnis zur Realität. Der Boden im Bad war komplett nass, eine richtige Pfütze, weil aus den Mauern Wasser von der Decke tropft, wie in einer Tropfsteinhöhle. Das Geschirrtuch in der „Küche“ war sogar richtig nass und hatte Schimmelflecken von der Feuchtigkeit. Es war nachts so kalt, dass wir uns eine Wärmflasche kaufen mussten. Wir haben fürchterlich gefroren. Verbindungstür zur Wohnung nebenan war wie eine Schranktür. Man hat alles gehört (Musik etc.) Starker Geruch Wäre nicht vorab bezahlt gewesen, wären wir für die 2. Nacht in ein Hotel gegangen.

Atendimento do anfitrião ao nos resgatar em uma estação de trem deserta. Chegamos por volta da meia noite e não havia taxi e nem Uber . Graças a ele um amigo foi nos buscar. Sem isso teríamos que dormir na estação!

Ohne Internet / Netz kommt man nicht herein, da die Tür sich nur über Webseite öffnet. Man benötigt dafür ein Smartphone. Das Lämpchen an Klimagerät leuchtete nachts.

Espectacular!

La ubicación es ideal para conocer Asis sin auto, esta muy cerca de la Basílica de San Francisco, permite recorrer todo caminando y ademas esta cerca de la parada de taxis y buses que te permite combinar visitas a lugares vecinos sin problemas. El alojamiento, impecable, todo nuevo, con muy buen gusto y muy cómodo. Como sugerencia, tratar de poner mas estantes o cajoneras para ubicar la ropa. La WFi, muy buena, me permitió trabajar sin problemas.

Hay una puerta de madera que separa otro ambiente que puede ser rentado por separado. Lamentablemente no aisla para nada el ruido con el otro lado y si no coinciden los horarios puede ser muy molesto. De los 5 días 3 fueron compartidos con una familia con dos chicos pequeños que solían llorar de noche y fue complicado. Tal es la falta de aislacion que la TV que estaba instalada al costado de esa puerta, la sacaron
