Apartment Uptown im Herzen der Dresdner Neustadt - stilvoll, zentral, top Anbindung

Wir hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt in der Wohnung in Dresden. Angefangen vom völlig problemlosen Check-in über die stets gute Erreichbarkeit der Familie Kluge bis hin zur hervorragenden Lage hat einfach alles gepasst. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle befindet sich in direkter Nähe, sodass man schnell und bequem in die Altstadt gelangt. Besonders praktisch war auch der Bäcker direkt gegenüber. Ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt ist der Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage. Die Wohnung selbst ist super modern, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hervorragend ausgestattet. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt, sodass wir uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt haben. Insgesamt war wirklich alles perfekt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Very nice renovated apartment on the second floor, easy to reach via the elevator which also serves the quite narrow parking garage. The only noise hearable during the nights in all rooms were slight rumbles of the trams passing by on the main road below the living room, not a problem for us as we always use ear plugs overnight. Both bedrooms are facing the courtyard, so no street noise except for the slight rumbles. The kitchen is very well equipped, grocery shopping is in walking distance. When walking to the Old Town take the slightly longer walk along the river Elbe, it is very scenic and has no car traffic. Further east on Bautzner Strasse there is the "schönste Milchladen der Welt", just 5 minutes from the apartment. A 20-25 minute walk along the same street will get you to the great "Restaurant Genuss-Atelier", highly recommended! So the apartment and its location are just perfect for a few days in and around Dresden!

No AC - we got there just at the end of the second heat wave this year, so the apartment was really hot on the first day; luckily, the weather changed during our first night, we could then open all windows to let it cool down at least a little bit. The entrance to the garage is very narrow, and to park your car you have to drive onto a moveable platform. First it was not working, however the hosts gave us some tips over the phone on how to operate it. After a few attempts it was workable for us, though navigating the car onto the platform when other cars were parking in the spaces opposite to the safety gates was a bit challenging. However, it is great to have parking in the house!

Ideale ligging op korte loopafstand van zowel Altstadt als Neustadt. Eigen parkeerplaats in het appartement. Het appartement heeft alle faciliteiten die wenselijk zijn voor een comfortabel verblijf. De bakker aan de overkant van de straat is al om 07.00 (en op zondag) open en de supermarkt ligt ook op korte loopafstand.

Er wordt een pand naast het appartement gebouwd (vooraf gemeld), waardoor je s morgens al vroeg gewekt wordt door de bouwvakkers en de ramen ondanks het warme weer moet sluiten voor het geluid. Advies, neem oordoppen mee en ga lekker op tijd de stad verkennen.

BAULÄRM EINE KATASTROPHE - dadurch war der Balkon nicht nutzbar. Ab ca. 7.00Uhr Baulärm bis ca.17.00Uhr. Erholung ist so schwer möglich.
