Mieszkanie bardzo ładne, zadbane, dobrze wyposażone. Piękna klatka schodowa trochę osładza wchodzenie na 4 piętro. Miejsce dobrze skomunikowane z centrum, niedaleko jest Netto, więc nie ma problemu z zakupami. Podczas naszego pobytu na ulicy był remont, ale znalezienie miejsca parkingowego mimo to nie było jakoś bardzo trudne. Kontakt z właścicielem na ogromny, ogromny plus - bardzo szybko odpisuje, jest zaangażowany, dba o gości :)
Nie mogliśmy sobie poradzić z termostatem w łazience - nie chciał w ogóle się ruszyć przez co woda była bardzo gorąca podczas kąpieli (ale też nie zgłaszaliśmy tego właścicielowi). Był mały problem ze spłuczką, ale była to kwestia odpowiedniego używania, co bardzo szybko wyjaśnił właściciel, więc w zasadzie nie był to duży problem.

Sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. In der Küche fehlte es an nichts. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war perfekt. Sehr ruhiges Wohnhaus. Mit dem Türcode lief es reibungslos. Lebensmittelmarkt in der Nähe.
Durch die Baustelle Parkplatz-Schwierigkeiten. Ein Fahrstuhl wäre perfekt, schon anstrengend das Treppensteigen , wenn man es nicht gewöhnt ist , wusste man natürlich vorher!
