The location was excellent with tram and bus stations nearby. The rooms were spacious and well outfitted. The bathroom included a washing machine.
The box holding the key and chain was much too small and it was difficult to place the chain back and close the box. Likewise we could not open the box (and get the key) on one occasion. When we complained we got the advice of "try knocking on the box a few times." The clean up after the last occupant was not done correctly - and there was garbage on the floor. Although the rooms are nice, the running of the place is far from perfect.

Easy communication through WhatsApp, always on time, all informatin accurate. Apartment is big, clean and has everything needed and in a good condition. Tram stop directly in front of the door, walking into the old city in less than 20 minutes.
The only small thing that could have been better was the sleeping sofa. We were three and one had to sleep on the couch, it's not the most comfortable one. Not bad, just not good enough for the rest of the apartment.

Bad experience when get the password for the apartments.
We online check in at 5, but finally got the password at 8pm.
