Close to the historical city centre, walking distance away from main sight seeings, good access to public transport. There are few supermarkets and grocery store just few mins away. The appartment has all needed utiliites if you stay for few days or more
The key code didn't work straight away. However the host helped to resolve the issue withing reasonable amount of time.
At night the outside street is sometimes loud and full of strange people drinking

Big, comfortable and in a good location.
Main entrance key with a chain is a pain to get inside every time. No elevator with more than 80 stairs to access the property. The balcony is in a terrible state. It hasn't been cleaned for ages—there are bird droppings and dirt everywhere, a dishwasher box has been left there, and the trash bin is full of rubbish. The TV didn't work either, which was a bit disappointing, as we had to watch the football championship matches on our phone instead. The lighting was a bit dim, especially in the evenings.

The location was excellent with tram and bus stations nearby. The rooms were spacious and well outfitted. The bathroom included a washing machine.
The box holding the key and chain was much too small and it was difficult to place the chain back and close the box. Likewise we could not open the box (and get the key) on one occasion. When we complained we got the advice of "try knocking on the box a few times." The clean up after the last occupant was not done correctly - and there was garbage on the floor. Although the rooms are nice, the running of the place is far from perfect.

Bad experience when get the password for the apartments.
We online check in at 5, but finally got the password at 8pm.
