Very accessible, parking available for free in front of the building.
Ground floor. Balcony accessible from the side alley. Did not feel entirely private.
Smell in the house, it felt like cats used to live there.
Very poor internet connection, it was hard to work from there and have a smooth call.
No hot water. They let us know a few days before of this, that it may be the case, but what can we do about it? We still spent 3 nights with no warm water.
Tiles missing from the bathroom.
Very bad pillows. Thin and old.
Some of the appliances were not clean, like the kettle or the toaster.

Apartament dobrze wyposażony, ładna łazienka. Wygodne łóżko oraz kanapa. Wielkim plusem podziemny garaż na samochód. Lokalizacja świetna, w cichej, zielonej okolicy w nowej części Drezna, ale z bardzo bliskimi przystankami, autobusowym jak i tramwajowym.
Na minus tylko i wyłącznie czasami długi czas oczekiwania na ciepłą wodę w prysznicu. Poza tym nie ma się do czego przyczepić :)

Zweckmäßig eingerichtet, völlig ok.
sehr saubere Unterkunft. Ruhige Umgebung, trotz der Nähe zur Neustadt.
Toller Service. Da wir sehr spät ( 22:45) in der Unterkunft ankamen, mit dem Code ein Problem hatte, mussten wir die zuständige Person anrufen. Sie war sehr freundlich und hat uns unkompliziert geholfen. Vielen Dank nochmals!

Schimmelflecken am Fenster und im Bad. Teilweise etwas staubig.
