Schöne Lage in Dresden Neustadt, sehr gute Straßenbahn Verbindung zu HBF und ins Zentrum, in 10 min auf einem tollen Spielplatz und ein Katzensprung von kunsthofpassage. Schöne ruhige große Wohnung. Wir waren zu viert da 2 Erwachsene zwei kleine Kinder und es hat wunderbar geklappt.

Schönes einfaches und sauberes Appartement mit Schlafzimmer, Bad, Küchenzeile und Wohnzimmer. Überdachte Gemeinschaftsterrasse im Hof (für 4 Appartements). Fußläufig zur Neustadt und zum Bahnhof (vielleicht 10-15 min.). Einige Restaurants und Supermärkte in der Nähe. Superschnelle Antwort auf Nachrichten und unkomplizierter Check-in und -out. Von angeblichen Lärm durch Bahn und Tram habe ich nichts mitbekommen.
Nichts, alles in Ordnung.

great location : very good transport, still quiet street, and very vivid street life
The apartment is a bit minimalistic , even spartan in all aspects. Though parking is free in the neighborhood, this info was not known/ clear (apartment's own parking space 20m away comes with a fee). And the bed was awful soft wich is a no go for me.
