perfekt eingerichtet mit viel Platz für zwei. Sehr freundliche und schnelle Kommunikation, präzise Angaben. Ein Balkon für warme Sommerabende mit Blick auf die Dreikönigskirche. Sehr ruhig, der quirlige Teil der Neustadt ist dennoch nah.

Die Lage ist außerordentlich gut im Barockviertel der Neustadt ruhig mit zentraler Verkehrsanbindung, alle Geschäfte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Zur Altstadt ein 10 minütiger sehr schöner Spaziergang. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet. Es alles da, was man braucht.
Eine kurze Information zum Parken wäre schön gewesen. Das geht mit ein wenig Suchen für 6 € täglich gut in der Straße oder den Nachbarstraßen. Im Nachhinein ist eine Citytax von 6% zu den Gebühren von Booking.com erhoben worden, über die ich vorab nichts gelesen habe. Schöner wäre eine Kostenangabe und evtl. auch Abbuchung direkt zu Beginn, damit man den Gesamtpreis besser kalkulieren kann. (Steht bestimmt irgendwo im Kleingedruckten).

Das Apartment ist sehr gut gelegen. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und übersichtlich. Es ist alles da was man braucht.
Duschkabine und ein paar Fliesenfugen müssten erneuert werden
