Very conveniently located, north facing, quiet and with a beautiful view of a huge indoor courtyard tree. The host was responsive, flexible and communicative. A modern apartment and I especially liked that it had a huge mirror in the entranceway. I found the bed comfortable.
I would suggest adding a small stainless steel pot as with the current pot the non stick lining is scratched. A bit more cutlery would be great as there were only 2 spoons for example. However, given the reasonable price of the apartment I did not mind. Many other details were carefully thought of and provided.

apartamento limpo e bem decorado. com tudo o que era preciso. perto do metro.
podia ter menos luz, as cortinas eram demasiado abertas e mais 2 almofadas. De resto tudo ok!

Super Lage: man läuft max.5 Minuten vom Bahnhof Dresdner Neustadt. Trotzdem ist die Wohnung absolut ruhig.Viele Cafés und d Restaurants in der Nähe.Wohnung ist modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet.Es ist alles da, was man braucht, alles war sauber.
Nur eine Anregung.Eine Garderobe wäre toll, evtl.einfach mit einer Türgarderobe am "Haushaltsraum.
Wir hatten einen Tag Dauerregen und keinen Platz für die nassen Jacken, daher die Anregung

Schöne, ruhige Lage mit kleinem Balkon.
Die Decken waren viel zu dünn, wie ein Laken, jede Couchdecke ist wärmer, und das im Winter! Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Gastgeber war supernett nur leider wurden die Decken auch in der 2. Nacht nicht wie versprochen gewechset. Ich hab 2 Nächte gefroren in einem ansonsten sehr gemütlichen Appartement.
