The location was beautiful and really convenient for getting to town both by car and on foot. Staff were helpful and friendly and the grounds were clearly well maintained. Although we didn’t use the cafe, it was great to know it was there in case of a rainy day and the kids loved playing on the climbing frame and swing. The cabin had a really cosy feel to it and we enjoyed our stay.
The carpet in the living room could have been a wee bit cleaner. At one point when I swept a patch of it, it brought up an awful lot of previous guests’ dog fur and other bits.

great location, cabin was clean and comfortable and everything you need for your stay. Also the price was very reasonable for the length of time we stayed as I've priced this location before

There was a lingering musty smell in the cabin, the pillows and sofa also smell unpleasant. No smart tv
