Clean, comfortable and secure apartment in Paris

We had a very comfortable stay overnight in this nice, clean and comfortable apartment. The host was very responsive when we had a question about the gate but everything else was very self-explanatory. Our car was parked overnight in a small garage, and behind a significant gate, which felt very safe.

We had a little struggle getting our car through the entrance gate but that was quickly resolved, the host was very responsive. Turns out we should have read the (very clear) instructions better!

Great Stay in Bondy – Highly Recommend!

I had a very pleasant experience at this apartment in the Bondy area of Paris. The place was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and public transport. One of the standout features was the availability of car parking, which made things much easier for us. The apartment had all the necessary facilities, and everything worked perfectly throughout the stay. Overall, a comfortable and hassle-free experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good stay in Bondy!

Schöne, preiswerte Wohnung im älteren Baustil. In ca. 30-45 Minuten erreicht man Vieles.

Es war eine sehr gute Unterkunft. Als 4-köpfige Familie haben uns die 2 separaten Schlafzimmer gefallen. Dazu gab es eine Wohnstube mit Esstisch; das war sehr angenehm. Auch sehr praktisch fanden wir die Garage. Der Seat Alhambra hatte gerad ultra-knapp darin Platz (1cm Luft) :-). Das Reisen mit der Bahn fiel uns sehr leicht, nachdem wir die Tickets gekauft hatten. Der Weg bis zur Bahnstation dauert knappe 15 Minuten; und von da gehts dann direkt zu den interessanten Wahrzeichen von Paris.

Bei der Ankunft waren wir nicht so begeistert vom Gasherd - und hatten ein wenig Respekt. Doch bereits mit dem 1. Gebrauch war dieser Respekt verflogen und das Kochen war kein Problem.

Accueil superbe

Les instructions pour l’accès etaient détaillées et impeccables, beaucoup appréciées. Nous avons beaucoup apprécie aussi toutes les petites touches par exemple les bouteilles d’eau et de lait, la machine à café toute prête a utiliser, les chaussons, les produits dans la salle de bain, qui ont donné le sentiment qu’on était très bien accueillis. Propreté impeccable.

Logement très bien placé, proche du RER et de l'autoroute. Propreté irréprochable. Confortable et lumineux avec un parking sécurisé. Bien équipée avec draps, seviettes, café ect.. Super rapport qualité prix.
