Chic and spacious apart with parking

The location was next to our wishes.

Firstly, it took time to get any information concerning entrance of this apartment. We arrived late at 21:30 to the place and it was a real quest to open the apartment as we were given wrong code to the box….. It took time to call the property manager and to receive correct code. Secondly, when you enter the apartment you find so many rules what is not allowed to make, that you feel like not renting it and paying Additionaly for 3 night stay 500 Eur deposit!!!! But being an unwished guest to someone. Thirdly, the property manager doesn’t reply to your questions through booking, gives unclear information about deposit return, 4-7 days after you leave, is it transparent ? When other guests enter the apartment, why I haven’t received any confirmation about deposit return? Who decide 4 or 7 days and why so long if I stayed 3 nights? I haven’t received any reply about this situation yet.

The location was useful for our relocation to the area. The proximity to shops and trams etc. the bed linen was clean

Unpleasant odour (old smoke). Kitchen floor was unclean and smelt of damp. A general state of disrepair that needs updating. Shower / bathroom needs to be updated. The door tread between kitchen and sitting area was loose and quite dangerous! The light switch in one bedroom actually switched light on in two bedrooms at once. The toaster worked once and then blue the main fuse box. Pillows under the pillow case was grubby and need replacing. The key box to access the property was not easy to find. We contacted the local agent and she sent us a video to find the box - this should have been sent before we arrived. Instead we had 3 young children outside in the dark for 30 minutes.
