Price is really excellent for such a central location in Milan. The apartment is stylish and well-maintained, with a washing machine and dishwasher. Bed very comfortable, heating very effective.
Previous guests are right about the noise from the neighbouring youth hostel/bar and about the bathroom window. We found the noise manageable with ear plugs. The bathroom window glass is frosted so you can’t see details, but I still wouldn’t stand right in front of it with the light on.

Our stay was easy and uncomplicated, and Matteo was a great host. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The location is very central – ideal for exploring Milan.
We were aware that the bar downstairs could be noisy, but we were still surprised by how loud it actually was. The bedroom was also quite bright at night due to a streetlamp.

Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Preis Leistung auch sehr gut gewesen. Mitten im Zentrum, in der selben Straße ist ein Supermarkt.
Gegenüber ist ein Lokal, hier ist bis 23.00/23.30 noch sehr laut. Das Appartement heizt sich massiv auf. Es wurden zwar 2 Ventilatoren zur Verfügung gestellt, aber die haben nichts gebracht. Im Badezimmer an der Decke über der Dusche sind Schimmelflecken.

very good location, clean
there was a big outdoor light fronting the window next to the bed so it was very bright all nigh - there should be curtains. it was very noisy all night because of a bar downstairs. we had to wait 20minutes for staff to give us the keys for the apartment. absolutely not worth it for the price.
