The apartment was nice. Nice location
I had to pick up the keys from an other location. Difficult check in. They asked to check in between 15:00- 17:30.

it was very spacious and has contemporary design. i love the view in the room, it was over looking the streets and trams but not noisy but just a typical picturesque city view. my sister and i live in different countries so they made sure they have usb port for charging your gadgets and great help indeed. The lighting in the room was nice too especially if you open the blinds. Bathroom was handy since they have hair blower and a washer. lastly, great location too! i really love my stay in Milan.
if they can add the portable usb in the bedroom also and a bottled water in the refrigerator for welcoming a guest since we were really thirsty when we arrived in the place but no drinks, although McDonalds was just around the corner.

The elevator is on a the 1st floor so we struggled to carry heavy luggage to the 1st floor then used the elevator. The check-in process wasn't convenient at all.
