discomfort, horrible.. Middle Ages, lack of interest

Wilder Kaiser, but no view from balcony, there were terrace without any maintenance..all was old and very used, uncomfortable

Not working toilet and even hot water.. toilet water goes into shower, you don't want this in 21.century.. company knows about in day of arrival.. and solve and offer nothing. We need to use 50m far toilet on main corridor and use cold water shower and in kitchen. After 2 days we receive another room just to use toilet and shower still 30m far from our apartment.. company offer 5% refund for this discomfort!!

Wo wir die Maden entdeckt haben,sind wir sofort abgereist !

In Zimmer 1 wo wir waren, ist das Bad leicht schimmig ,einige funktionsweisen der Einrichtung ist nicht mehr gegeben und es waren am Boden,unter den Schuhen und Koffern viele Maden

Nyugodt helyen van és szép a táj.

Kezdjünk az elején. Picit nehéz volt kinyitni a kulcsdobozt-még kóddal is. Tényleg kelemetlen a szag az épületnek, de hozzá lehet szokni. A Zimmer 1 zajos,mert pont a bejárat mellett van. Pláne amikor még későn érkeznek vendégek. Az egyik függöny híjánzott amiért mindenki belát a parkolóból. A gyerekszobában nem működött a villány .A fürdőszobaban nem működött az elszívó amiatt nagyon gyorsan kialakult penész és mindent nyirkos marad mindig. A dúskabin egyik része hiányzott. Még óvatos zuhanyzás után is úszott a fürdőszoba. A legszomorú hogy a személyzet tud róla, de nem csinál semmit. A falak elég vékony amiatt a szomszéd szerelmi életét kellett végig hallgatni többször is eszakán, reggelente, nappal. Jó lenne ez a hely, ha valaki gondoskodna róla és ha egy kicsit normális emberek oda járnának. Nem vagyok nagyon kényes szállás űgyben, de ez sajnos nekem is túl sok volt. Kellett volna komolyan venni az ertekelést!

Die Lage war nicht schlecht aber auch nicht gut wie auf der Homepage geschrieben Kaiserblick von der Terrasse.Daneben man schaute auf dem Balkon nur auf Bäume sonst war der Anblick einfach nicht schön.Sehr ungepflegt das Grundstück Putz abgefallen Balkon alte Holzlatten sehr marode.

Einfach das Zimmer sehr klein das Bad was für schmale Leute Nachtisch hat gefehlt nur einer auf der Seite.Der TV müsste man mal erneuern schlechtes Bild und der Ton sehr miserabel.Auch in der gemeinsamen Küche hat sehr viel gefehlt müsste einiges repariert werden Backofen sehr runter gekommen und nirgendwo eine Bedienungsanleitung gefunden für die Geräte noch für den TV.

schlechte Ausstattung, miefiger Geruch, überall Spinnweben, kaum Geschirr und Besteck vorhanden; Toilette und Dusche konnten nicht genutzt werden, da sie überliefen! Stattdessen mussten wir auf das örtliche Freibad ausweichen. Es gab keinen Ansprechpartner!

Katastrophale Unterkunft mit fast noch katastrophalerer Verwaltung 'Keynote'

Die Gemeinschaftsküche ist relativ gut ausgestattet. Die Matratzen waren gut. Der Fernseher funktionierte.

Unser Zimmer Nr. 1 (direkt neben der Haupteingangstür mit Lärm durch spät in der Nacht anreisenden und bereits sehr früh aufbrechenden Gästen) war wirklich unterster Standard - ein Hostel-Zimmer ist Luxus dagegen! Die Gardinen lagen auf der Fensterbank, die Schranktür hing noch halbwegs an zwei von 4 Scharnieren. Im Bad war nur eine Duschtüre vorhanden, so dass das Bad nach dem (sehr vorsichtigen) duschen unter Wasser stand. Ein Halter für den Duschkopf suchte man vergebens, ebenso wie eine Ablage für Duschgel. Das Ablufgebläse funktionierte gar nicht. Die Mängel wurden über das interne System des Anbieters 'Keynote' unverzüglich angezeigt - gemeldet hat sich bis heute niemand! Der Check-in ist übrigens eine Katastrophe - nach der Buchung über Booking.com erhält man über Keynote die Aufforderung einen Check-in über deren System vorzunehmen. Dazu muss man für alle Gäste den kompletten Ausweis eingeben und würde dann den Code für den Schlüsselsafe erhalten! Dem war jedoch nicht so - der Check-in wurde vollständig abgeschlossen, der Code aber nicht zugeschickt. Erst nach der 4. (!!) Erinnerung haben wir den Code ganz kurz vor unserer Ankunft erhalten - ohne eine Entschuldigung! Das Schlimmste ist, dass man über Booking.com gar keinen Hinweis über die externe Verwaltung über diesen offenbar vollkommen überforderten oder unfähigen Makler 'Keynote' erhält! Es kann also immer wieder passieren, dass man über Booking.com vermeintlich sicher und bequem bucht und anschließend mit diesem inkompetenten Makler 'Keynote' zu tun hat! 😱

Die Unterkunft bzw. unser Zimmer war sehr schmutzig. Schimmel, tote Ameisen etc., Spinnweben und Dreck in den Zimmern. Im Bad fehlt eine Türe der Duschkabine, die Verkleidung vom Drücker am WC fällt was ab und Schimmel in der Duschkabine. Flecken auf der Matratze, Vorhang runter gerissen, Lücken im Parkett, Aufhängung Dusche kaputt, modriger Geruch! Andere Gäste ebenso enttäuscht über die Verhältnisse vor Ort.

Leider konnte ich vor der Buchung über Booking nicht erkennen, dass es in dieser Unterkunft kein Personal gibt und dass man sich online ein- und auschecken muss, was füt mich nicht ganz einfach war. Wäre mir das bekannt gewesen, hätte ich nicht gebucht!

Katastrophe alles defekt

Lage.

Terrasse voll mit Spinnweben voller Aschenbecher vom vorgänger einfach eklig. Dusche Kaputt die Duschtüre kaputt Brause Kaputt verbindungstür vom Schlafzimmer zum Badezimmer Kaputt. Bei Ankunft lagen Steine am Boden im Badezimmer und eine Tote Spinne in der Dusche. Keine Bratpfanne in der Küche. Warmwasser geht ewig. Badezimmer Fenster kann man nicht schließen auch kaputt. Backofen dreckig und altes Backpapier vom vorgänger. Teile von der Duschtüre lagen vor dem Apartment bei so vielen defekten hätte ich erwartet das dieses Zimmer gar nicht angeboten wird. Sauberkeit lässt auch zu wünschen übrig. Das einzige was einigermaßen OK war war das Schlafzimmer. Nie Wieder

Finger weg von keyone am Wilden Kaiser

Das das Reinigungspersonal schlecht arbeitet somit bleibt schon mal was unter dem Bett liegen was andere gut gebrauchen können ...:-) danke dafür

Kein Warmwasser, keine Heizung, keine Gästekarte bekommen, Rechnung falsch ausgestellt und am Telefon nur hinhalte Taktik aber die werden mich noch kennen lernen...

Az apartmanház szép helyen fekszik, könnyen megközelíthető.

A közös konyha felszereltsége hiányos, kevés a főzéshez használható serpenyő, edény. A szoba kicsi, nincs hűtőszekrény, kevés volt a pakolós hely, polc. Kosz volt az ágy alatt és a terasz sem volt takarítva.

Küchenausstattung war sehr minimalistisch Viel defekte und fehlende Teile. In der Wand rauschte sehr laut heißes Wasser von der Heizung. Kein persönlicher Kontakt zum Besitzer möglich. Nur digitales Hin und her mit ausländischem Investor

Für den Preis eine gute Ausstattung aber leider nicht ganz sauber.

Der Preis war top. Die Zimmer waren ordentlich. Die Lage zum Skigebiet war gut.

Die Gemeinschaftsküche war dreckig und unaufgeräumt. Alle Leute sollten ihr Geschirr spülen und verräumen aber dies wurde auch nicht kontrolliert oder dann in Ordnung gebracht. Der Lüfter in unserem Badezimmer funktionierte nicht und in einer Ecke des Zimmers gab es Schimmel.

Erholung im Grünen

Die Gemeinschaftsküche lädt zum Austausch mit anderen Gästen ein und sie hatte alles, was ich gebraucht hab. Zudem ist der Außenbereich super schön. Das war vor mit Hund optimal :)
