The apartment was reasonably priced and available for us on short notice (we booked it 4 hours prior to our arrival)

I did not know that it is on the second floor and we had a lot of luggage… The twin beds upstairs are very squeaky…

Host is to rigid..

It's clean and very comfy. You have the hole house to yourself. Very large.

I arrived a little early, 20-30 minutes before the official check-in time. I asked if we could check in and was refused and answered that check in will be at official time, not one minute earlier. That was weird because I never meet a host that couldn't work something out... We just wanted to leave the luggage and leave for Verona. Strict and strange rule for luggage offloading. If you arrive by car (as we did) you could bring the car in the courtyard of the house to unload your luggage but could only stay there for no more than 10 minutes. I understand and accept that host does not want guests to long term park in the courtyard but it seemed like I was supposed to do all of the unloading in a hurry. We came from far away and was very inconvenient. Preferd to park in the street and unload there.

Not the best option for family with little kids, fine for adults

Easy to park, nice and polite staff. Very quiet to sleep.

Very warm on the upper floor, hard to sleep with summer temperatures. Mould behind the bed. To get to the apartment there stairs which are not visible in the photos. Too many stairs and little steep for my 2 years old.

Practical stop for our travel back home

This is a newly refurbished, clean and well-equipped apartment. Check-in was hassle-free.

Getting there from the A4 highway is not as easy as it seems. A toaster would have been welcome to the otherwise well-equipped kitchen. The free, public parking is beside a busy road.

Con un po’ di dotazione in più, tutto sarebbe assolutamente perfetto!

L’appartamento è delizioso, i letti comodissimi e una bellissima doccia.

Purtroppo non c’erano detersivi per lavatrice e lavapiatti, non c’erano cucchiaini e tazze per la colazione, non c’era un canovaccio per la cucina, la scopa era senza manico, il freezer era pieno di ghiaccio, non c’era uno stendibiancheria e nessun kit di benvenuto. Tutte mancanze che se corrette, renderebbero questa struttura eccellente!

Mooie badkamer, voldoende ruimte en gemakkelijk inchecken.

De omgeving ligt achter andere huizen, via een koer. Het balkon kijkt uit op deze koer. Enkele extra materialen zoals meerdere tassen en koffielepels, of een mesje om te schillen zouden erg handig zijn.

Appartamento nuovo perfetto per brevi soggiorni per visitare tutta la zona di Verona e Lago di Garda

Appartamento molto pulito e completamente ristrutturato. La posizione è molto comoda se si è in possesso di una macchina, anche se a pochi minuti disponi comunque di tutti i servizi. Modalità di accesso molto chiare, e proprietari disponibili

A nostro parere il divano letto che ci hanno fornito non è molto confortevole per due persone, come dimensioni si tratta di un letto alla francese in cui due persone stanno a malapena. Inoltre avendo entrambi i letti nella stessa stanza c'era davvero poco spazio, per soggiorni un pò più lunghi potrebbe essere un problema. Altro piccolo appunto, considerato il numero di persone e i giorni di soggiorno, sarebbe stato gradevole trovare più cialde per il caffè, e un appendino all'ingresso per le giacche/cappotti.

Lite väl långt med kommunaltrafik. Man måste betala extra för att det är lite utanför stan. Beroende på buss så tar det mellan 20 till 40min att ta sig in

Un departamento nuevo, flamante. todo funcionaba bien. No tiene estacionamiento pero se puede estacionar en la calle sin problema.

Un poco distante del centro de Verona pero en unas zonas residencial tranquila y de fácil acceso.

Très propre spacieux plutôt bien équipé Hote facilement joignable et serviable ( nous avons un soucis avec le code d’entrée de la porte qu’elle nous a très vite resolu)

Pb avec le wifi mais détail négligeable Dommage qu’on ne puisse pas stationner dans la cour mais dans la rue surtout quand on n’est que de passage

Perfecto para ir con niños

Los colchones son muy cómodos, el baño amplio con una ducha grande y renovada. La facilidad en el check in (on line) sin tener que preocuparte por el horario de llegada. La facilidad de aparcamiento en los alrededores. Tiene todo lo necesario y se agradecen las cápsulas de café para el desayuno. Está muy bien para ir con niños.

Le vendría bien algún enchufe más. En la parte de arriba hay que tener cuidado con la cabeza, es bastante bajito el techo y las camas algo pequeñas (ideal para niños). Se encuentra a 15 minutos de Verona en coche.

Une odeur bizarre à l’entrée de l’appartement (des égouts), l’appartement est trop petit pour quatre adultes et on a découvert sur place qu’on va partager une seule petite pièce comme chambre à coucher pour quatre adultes avec deux lits presque collés serrés, pour deux adultes avec deux enfants cet appartement passera mieux je trouve

Deliziosa

Ottima posizione per visitare il Museo dei Bambini di Verona. In zona sono presenti molti supermercati. Letti comodossimi e tutto molto pulito

è stato tutto perfetto, tuttavia, considerato che avevamo deciso di cenare in casa mancavano alcuni accorgimenti che ci avrebbe fatto piacere trovare (tovaglioli, olio/sale)
