The apartment was very clean and spacious. There was a good supply of kitchenware & pots. Lovely soft towels. Very comfy bed. The host was very responsive and gave good instructions.

no helpful local tourist information on bus stops ,bus numbers or local map.
No furniture on balcony.

Well... you have to pay attention to your plans. If you want to explore the wider region, Garda lake and so on, then the location is much better than if you want to only visit the centre of Verona. It is pretty far from the centre, you need a car. The appartment is OK though, not the best, not the worst. The stove and kitchen are great, lots of space. Free parking all around. So, for exploring - good, just for Verona, not so good (but is still OK, I mean, people live in the area, so this is the casual Verona).
If you are focused on the Verona centre, this is pretty far away. You need a car or use the bus to get there (iz is cca 4 km to the centre). Otherwise it is OK.
