La disponibilità e gentilezza del proprietario nel cercare di risolvere ogni richiesta, il posto auto dedicato gratuito (anche se esterno), la fermata autobus (che ti porta sia al centro che alla stazione ferroviaria) a pochi metri, la vicinanza all'autostrada. La pulizia della casa.
La grandezza della doccia che in realtà è una piccola vasca (scivolosa sebbene ci sono due maniglie dove tenersi) con il soffione sul muro. Persone alte più di mt.1,75 rischiano di sbattere la testa sul soffitto. Sarebbe stato il top trovare il letto dei bambini già pronto (ma è un dettaglio).. Suggerirei di sostituire il materasso matrimoniale (ma è una mia opinione personale).

Great host, very responsive and kind. Close to the bus station and easy to get to the train station. Aircon was a plus
Not not liked but just to say the the shower area is small.

Good contact with owner, parking place below the aparment, kitchen equipment
Very noisy. Everthing were heard from other aprtments and from street. There were problem with hot watter, were finishing during the bath
