The property was okay. Even though it was outside of the city centre and the location was a bit rough, the apartment is located in a safe residency. It contained all the necessities such as kitchen with oven and stove, big bathroom and nice bedroom.

It was a bit difficult to find the keys as the box was attached on the fence next to the ground, which we werent able to see in the dark. The apartment was not as clean as we would hope. We also found some nails in the box in the bathroom which were not ours. The blinds in the livingroom we were unable to lift up.

Free parking on the street is fine, there is a v.small private garage underground but with no remote

The house is very spacious for us, but it's missing a lot of essentials of a home！For instance, it has wine glasses but no bottle opener, it has a pan but no other utensils like spatula, etc. Not to mention it has no kettle! How do u suppose to make tea?!

We were asked serval times when will we be arriving, and we stated 4-5pm, we arrived at 4.53pm and waited 25 minutes for the host to show up. Maybe it is our fault not notify the host 25 minutes earlier before we arrive, but it is hard to text and drive at the same time, especially when u using your phone as gps.

EVITATELO ASSOLUTAMENTE

Non ci e' piaciuto niente, da quando siamo arrivati ci sono stati problemi con il lucchetto, abbiamo aspettato un ora di fuori che venisse l'Host con un mazzo nuovo..sedie rotte, mancava la scopa, le stoviglie non c erano, forchette e utensili non c erano, macchina del caffè non c era, l insalatiera non c era, lo straccio per pulire non c era, c era un cucchiaio solo, soffione doccia e porta doccia rotta, da EVITARE ASSOLUTAMENTE

Il giardino era impraticabile, lo stendino non c era, l' host ci aveva detto che ci rimborsava una notte e non l ha fatto, quindi anche presi in giro.il divano letto impraticabile era anche pericoloso perché di ferro così come le sedie rotte! Non c era un appendono al bagno per gli asciugamani, gli accappatoi e il bideino..nn c erano le forchette, i cucchiai, le tazze, la caffettiera e il bricco per il latte, le padelle niente!!!!uno schifo. In più pieno di zanzare!!

Da migliorare

La struttura ricettiva sorge all'interno di un ampio condominio con giardino. La struttura in sé non è male, ma ha decisamente bisogno di una pulizia maggiore soprattutto nella cucina e nel giardino e maggiore attenzione nelle dotazioni, soprattutto se sono elencate sul sito di prenotazione. La posizione dell'alloggio è positiva, poiché permette di raggiungere il centro di Verona con mezzi pubblici. Nei dintorni sono presenti vari esercizi commerciali, come supermercati e ristoranti. In dotazione vengono dati: frigo, asciugacapelli, TV, climatizzatore, forno elettrico, lavatrice. La struttura è coperta da rete Wi-Fi. L'appartamento è accessibile anche in sedia a rotelle, data la presenza al primo piano.

Il divano letto presente in cucina è da sostituire ed è inutilizzabile come letto data la sua scomodità. Lo spazio esterno è inutilizzabile, dato che è "chiuso" con delle tende plastificate che hanno decisamente bisogno di una pulizia. Inoltre il giardino era non curato, con erba alta e zanzare. Il bagno non è finestrato, il che non è un problema, ma è scarsamente illuminato. Inoltre, la doccia ci è stata consegnata con il soffione rotto, che ho prontamente segnalato all'arrivo via chiamata, ma durante il soggiorno (5 giorni) non è stato sostituito. Riguardo gli utensili da cucina, non è presente quasi nulla di quanto elencato, ad eccezione di qualche piatto e pentola. Non è presente né un bollitore, né una macchina da caffè, il che è veramente assurdo.
