About this apartment rental
Enjoy this fully updated bungalow style condo surrounded by marsh views. Only 0.8 miles to the sand at Folly Beach and 15 minutes to King Street! This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom space is great for couples, roommates, or families with older children. This end unit condo on the 2nd floor (of 3 total floors) comes with covered parking for 2 cars. Please no adults under 21. Children 7 and up are welcome.
The space
The unit is equipped with a full kitchen including cookware, toaster, microwave, garbage disposal & dishwasher.
Eat at the dining table, or ship your morning coffee on the back patio overlooking the marsh.
The spacious primary suite is fitted with a cozy king bed and has a full bathroom attached that is also accessible from the hallway. The secondary bedroom has a queen bed and en suite full bathroom.
Each room has a TV which allows you to watch your favorite shows. Bath towels, washcloths, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and blow dryers are provided.
The unit also has a washer and dryer for your laundry needs.
As you can see from the aerial photos, this property is on the main road into Folly Beach. You may occasionally hear the sounds of vehicles coming and going from the island.
** Please bring your own beach towels as they are not provided **

Girls weekend! We had an amazing time. The unit was beautifully decorated, well stocked, cozy, and most importantly it was clean. It was also a short drive to the beach, which was perfect. The only constructive feedback I will offer would be to upgrade the pillows on the beds. That said, it was not a deal breaker - we would stay again.

It was an amazing property with a beautiful view and a great location for the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Also cozy and adorable decor for hanging out in the condo. Love the stay and would 100% stay again!
