10/10 recommend! The views from both balconies were so beautiful and the gated community was nice and clean. Condo was exactly as listed. Had a great time!

My wife and I were unsure on what rating to give this property. I would give it a 3.5 if I could.The goodThe property is in a nice location and is located behind a security gate. The pool area is nice, even though the pool is not heated. The property was clean and everything was in working order. The balconies looked out on the channel and we were able to see dolphins swimming one morning. There was plenty of room for 4 people and the HVAC system worked well and the rooms were comfortable. I did not do a speed test on the wifi, but we did not have any problems connecting or doing what we needed to don online.The badThe beds are brutal. Not only are both bedrooms upstairs, which was not a huge deal, but the beds were uncomfortable. The master bed was one foot off the floor and was extremely difficult to get out of. There was one relatively small (32"?) tv in the living room, but no other tv's in the house. The directions to get to the property were not great. It would have been nice to know ahead of time that all of the units are numbered from 1 to 150ish. Also, while there is a numbered keypad on the door, that is not used to access the building. Instead we were expected to know that we needed to look behind us as we faced the door and find a lockbox that included the key to the house. Also, the deadbolt on the door was extremely annoying as there seemed to be no rhyme or reason on how to lock or unlock it. We just kept turning it until it did what we wanted it to do.

The place was clean and has a nice view of the water. Finding the right condo among same condos was a challenge because the number of the address was not very visible. The door knob was challenging to open if you are unfamiliar with that type of lock. What was most frustrating about the condo was very low water pressure in the kitchen faucet and in one of the upstairs bathroom faucets. Nothing is more annoying then a small stream of water coming out of the faucet when you're trying to wash dishes! I have called and spoke to a representative multiple times and nothing was done to correct the water pressure, despite multiple apologies from them. I was told each time I called that someone was going to stop by to fix it, but no one came, and there was NO follow up to check to see if someone actually came out to fixed the problem. We had to share one bathroom AND do our dishes in the tub because of the low water pressure. I have asked for some refund and was told, "We'll look into it" but I haven't heard anything since. I'm not getting my hopes up at this point. Overall, the place is clean and decent, but definitely dealing with the water pressure was frustrating and disappointing. I would not have rented the place if there was a description in their web page noting low water pressure.
