Walk to the beach in less than 15 minutes or drive just 10 miles to downtown Charleston. This charming escapade has been recently updated with brand-new furniture and appliances that will make cooking a breeze. Unwind in the living room furnished with a sofa and matching loveseat. A 43-inch TV with cable provides plenty of viewing options. Make favorite meals in the modern kitchen, equipped with granite countertops and a full suite of updated appliances. Perch at the breakfast bar with seating for two or gather around the dining table with seating for six. Spend lazy afternoons on the screened porch overlooking the river. Enjoy outstanding views of the Morris Island Lighthouse from the three county parks, or spend the day at The Fishing Pier which extends more than 1,045 feet into the ocean. This condo is located just across the river from downtown Folly Beach. Walk 15 minutes to the ocean, with a number of restaurants and shops conveniently located on your route. Additional area attractions include Fort Sumter (15 miles), Morris Island Lighthouse (four and a half miles), and Folly River Park (a half mile).

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We loved that we could walk to the beach and pier each day while also sitting in the patio each morning we spotted dolphins in the creek!!

Perfect for our family during our stay in Charleston. It had all the amenities that made you feel at home. It was clean and comfortable. The patio view was great with views of dolphins and other wildlife. I would have like to see a few more seasonings to work with in the kitchen but that's just the Louisianian in me. Overall we loved our stay!

This location was perfect for getting around Charleston. We were never farther than 30 minutes from everything. You could easily bike to the beach. The patio view of the river was pleasant and we saw dolphins everyday we were there.The kitchen was small but accommodating to cook family meals. Overall, it was clean and the process was easy. We would come here again.
