I was overjoyed to host all of my nephews and children enabling us to get together from all over the country and enjoy some time together! This was the perfect property for us! Excellent neighborhood! Quiet and friendly! Property itself is beautiful just as the pictures show! The flow of the living room, dining room, kitchen, and family room provided adequate space for all eight of us staying there and relatives visiting daily to socialize! The neighborhood was above expectations! The convenience of being so close to the beach was wonderful! The kitchen was well stocked with pot, pans, utensils, plates, cups, etc. I'd also like to add that the garden tub in the master bathroom was a wonderful Oasis!

The house itself was good, however we didn’t spend too much time there besides sleeping and the late night hang. This spot is the perfect spot for a quick drive to folly beach and a short drive into Charleston. We all enjoyed our stay here.

The house was in a great location 8min from the beach which was very nice. Stores within 10m. However there were some minor and major issues with the property. Lots of things were broken. I reached out to the guest contact mainly about our toilet not working in the master bathroom the day we arrived. He said he would contact me back about fixing it but never did. So on my wedding day every time I used the bathroom I had to take the lid off the tank and manually place the flapper in position so the toilet would not constantly run. Also all 3 sinks in the bathroom just held water none of them drained. It took hours. Minor fixes but a major bummer when you’re getting ready for your wedding
