The 3 bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for you and your guests to spread out. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and features comfortable beds, ample storage space, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light.

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all.
Firearms Prohibited: Firearms are not allowed on the property. Any firearm found will be considered abandoned and handled accordingly.

Charleston is a vibrant, growing city, and guests may experience typical urban sounds, including traffic, nearby restaurants, bars, or general street noise. Construction noise may also occur in the area. While we strive to inform guests of potential disruptions, we may not always have advance notice of such activities.

Guest Count: Ensure that the number of guests is correctly indicated in your booking.
Check in is at 4pm and checkout is 11am. Unfortunately we can not accommodate early checkins or late checkouts.
Abide by the checkout instructions. All trash will need to go to the bins by the time you checkout.
Charleston does have quite a few bugs, we have a professional pest control company service the house every month. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, keep doors/windows closed, food wrapped and store it in the refrigerator.
No commercial photography and filming allowed.

Amazing stay and fantastic property! Close to everything you want to do in the Charleston area. The home itself is great and fully stocked with anything and everything you would need! Clean, cozy and a huge back yard to relax while you’re in the Holy City! Thank y'all for a wonderful stay!

Overall the house was perfect for our few day stay. The backyard was definitely our favorite. Our dogs loved it too. The house was clean. However, there were a few things that need attention. There was a strong cigarette odor. We did show up right at 4 and the cleaner was still there. So the smell may have come from him. It did linger throughout our stay but it was definitely the strongest after he left. We also did notice one palmetto bug. But we know that is a common thing in the south. But it may bother others. We did notify the owner and they quickly apologized. Besides those two things, we definitely enjoyed our stay. It is close to downtown & Folly.
