This seaside cottage offers expansive marsh views and peeks of the ocean and is just a short walk to the beach! Kick up your feet and relax on the screened porch or rooftop deck. During high tide, enjoy beautiful creek and lighthouse views.
Located just across the street from the beach, you are also a short walk to the sand and to the marsh. Downtown Center Street is three miles away, so hop on your bike to enjoy dining, shopping, and nightlife. Check out one of the local shops for surfing lessons and paddleboard rentals! Venture out to downtown historic Charleston, just 14 miles away.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great place to stay. Beautiful view of the marsh from the roof sunsets are awesome. Quiet and peacefully and beach access across the street was great. Will miss walking out to Morris Lighthouse daily so beautiful and peaceful out there. The property and the house was very comfortable and had everything you could need. The shower outside was great to use so refreshing!!! So glad i stayed there made it a great week at Folly.

Great location! The screened porch and roof top deck were amazing! Plus two living rooms! 3 bed 3 baths too! Will definitely be looking to book it again!

We enjoyed our stay at Sunset Song! Very clean, great location and beautiful sunsets were viewed from the rooftop deck! We would recommend this house to friends and family and would definitely rent this beach house again. Since two of our children live in Charleston it was great that they could visit and there was plenty of room for them to park!

The house was clean and in a wonderful location, but the house does NOT look like the pictures. The house is actually the beat up, older version of once was pictured. For the price per night you are NOT getting what you pay for. The dock is broken, take it out of the advertisement. There are dents/scratches in the walls, the ceiling is crumbling in places and some air vents are hanging on for dear life. Most windows are so old they stay half open or will not open at all, screens are falling out or missing, toilets and sinks are not secured to walls or floors. Nothing wrong with an old home on a wonderful beach just be honest, price appropriately or fix the house up!
