Fantastic golfing, shopping, and local eateries are nearby to entertain everyone in your group. With downtown and the beach only a stone's throw from your holiday home, you'll always have fun at your fingertips, not to mention scenic evening strolls. Charleston is also roughly 15 minutes away by car and hosts a number of attractions to experience. If you want to stay closer to home base, lounge about the glittering pool on-site for some much-needed you-time.

(A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Three bedrooms each with a bathroom is a big plus. Although the bunk beds are small and are better suited for children only. Great location, has a clean pool and a nice screened in porch.

This property was spacious and clean. Great location, only minutes from downtown Folly. We had a great time! The only suggestion is that owner should provide a "smart" TV in the main living room. Cable TV in 2025 is quite limited, in terms of entertainment options.

3 stars because the unit seems to be fairly updated, flooring, paint, comfy beds.
The mildew smell is overwhelming. Mold in dishwasher, fridge didn’t work. Major plumbing problems. We eventually had to move to a different place, but complained persistently so all the problems should be taken care of before the next renter. We were able to get a 50% refund from Vacasa, but not worth the hassle!
