About this apartment rental
Marsh Winds is located on Folly Beach where you can enjoy all of what Folly has to offer. This condo unit has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and sleeps up to 6 people. This condominium has been tastefully decorated with all the comforts of home. The screened back porch is a great place to start the day with a cup of coffee and a wonderful place to relax with craft beer in the evening. This condo is my personal home and there will be some personal items in the condo.
The condominium is located less than a mile from the beach. A comfortable 15 min stroll down Center St will bring your toes to the sand or you can drive in about two minutes. Walk to all of Folly's restaurants and bars!
No golf carts are allowed over the bridge or to park at Marshwinds.
Charleston is 20-30 minutes away (depending on time of day and traffic) and offers all types of cultural events and activities as well as walking tours, carriage tours, historic places to visit, world class dining opportunities and so much more. There is so much to see and do in the low country and nothing is very far away.
The presence of an elevator does not indicate that the home is ADA compliant. We do not manage the elevator.

This is our second time here. Each time was wonderful. Clean. Located close to James Island, Folly Beach, Charleston. Kitchen has everything you could need.

Just the right distance away from folly. Easy to walk to downtown, just far enough away to be quiet.

This makes our 2nd year staying at Pam’s place. It just feels like home. It’s close to everything and we also love the pool. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need and plenty of towels. All the rooms have TVs just in case you run into rain like we did. I can’t wait to book next years vacation!
