This is a fantastic condo with outstanding views of the Folly River. Very quiet and serene spot to relax and yet only a short walk to all the restaurants and action at Folly Beach!
This river retreat sleeps four (4) people with 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. Queen bed in the master and two twin beds in second bedroom. There are two flat screen TVs, complimentary cable and high speed wireless internet. The open living room/dining room and kitchen is a perfect gathering space for your group to relax and enjoy the natural light & beautiful view!
Turn of River community offers a pool and great dock for fishing, crabbing and slip rental. The dock, as well as your private screened in porch, is a wonderful place to watch the dolphins or sailboats go by. Enjoy a cocktail while watching the most spectacular views of the sunset!
A short walk or bike ride across the Folly bridge will take you to town and the beach. Explore the shops and restaurants, rent kayaks, paddle boards or just take a boat tour along the beautiful waterways. Historic Downtown Charleston is just 10 miles from Turn of River and there are so many things to see and do downtown as well.
Our guests receive a complimentary bottle of wine or a mix pack of local craft beer. Please let us know your preference and preferred style at booking so we can have it ready for you. :)

This condo is beautiful and extremely well maintained from fluffy towels, comfy beds, big beach towels and everything in between. The view from the screened in porch is so nice. It’s an easy walk or bike ride to Folly for tons for eating places and an easy drive into downtown Charleston. We loved our time here!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed to make meals at home. Location is great as it is directly before the bridge to the beach; close enough to walk to downtown Folly, but quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. Drive to Charleston is under 20 minutes without traffic so that's another plus. Will definitely look to stay again!

Best experience to date on VRBO. The home is clean and updated. The location is the best in Folly--you can sit on the back porch and watch amazing sunsets on the tidal river, but you can also walk to town in minutes or enjoy an afternoon on property at the comfortable dock and secluded pool. Parking is also easy and safe.
The kitchen is updated and well equipped. The living area is comfortable, and the Smart TV is easy to navigate. Important for us was the wifi--very fast and so reliable.
Lovely bedrooms, and we loved the traditional Charleston 'shotgun' layout that allows for privacy in the bedrooms, both of which are well appointed. The updated bathroom was much appreciated, too---great decor throughout.
Arrival is a breeze, as is checkout. The on-site staff is friendly and always available--and so knowledgeable about the area. The host really sets the tone for a great stay--professional, fair, and really dedicated to making a great stay tailored to our needs. We were thrilled at the arrival touches and the well-stocked supplies. The washer and dryer were also nice bonuses. Can't wait to go back and enjoy more time on the screened porch. Thank you!
