Inside, you will immediately feel right at home as you lounge in the sun-lit living room. Perfect for movie nights and late-night stargazing sessions, this space is truly the heart of the home.

The well-equipped kitchen boasts a suite of stainless steel appliances and gleaming countertops - making mealtime easy and fun! Dine as a family at the adjacent dining table, or eat alfresco on the home's spacious deck.

Also on the main level, discover two well-appointed, large bedrooms, a bathroom, and a separate laundry room. The upstairs loft features extra comfortable sleeping quarters, a full bathroom, and additional TV. Additional perks include partial air-conditioning, electric heating, and an Tesla charger.

Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
