Adorable and charming beach house only one block from the Promenade and beach. Living room has lovely gas fireplace, TV/VCR/DVD player, free wireless internet and internet radio. Surround sound includes Onkyo A/V Receiver, with a combination of Polk and Klipsch speakers in a 6.1 configuration. Kitchen is fully appointed including coffee pot, microwave & dishwasher. Dining room sits adjacent to the kitchen and living room. Two bedrooms are just off the living room downstairs; 2 Queen Bedrooms. You will find one full bathroom downstairs with shower. As you go upstairs, you will find the master bedroom with a queen bed. Skylights accent the master bedroom and bathroom which has a Jacuzzi tub and shower. Pac-N-Play included for convenience. Front deck faces south for a little extra sun with just a short walk 2 minute walk to the beach. Parking for 3 vehicles.

We were a group of 4 adults and 3 teenagers. The house is older, but is very well maintained and clean! Although the house is not an open style, there was a nice big living room where we could all hang out and watch TV together. There was lots of extra bedding to use on the futon and beds, and the kitchen was very well stocked. We'd definitely come back!

The property is a very short walk from the beach. Very clean. We had a wonderful time and will make sure that we stay at this property again.

Plenty of room, comfortable beds, well equipted kitchen, awesome location. We could not have been happier and will be looking to book every year!!!
